My wife, daughter and I went into Casey's afew days ago to get food and pay gas we weren't greeted by the employee instead she was running her mouth to a customer by telling them yeah all they do is come in to use the bathroom... My question is who in the hell says that about a 3 year old child and on top of my wife is pregnant... The store manager didn't talk to her or tell her to keep her mouth shut.. My family and I have been loyal customers to Casey's but after how my wife and daughter were treated... I'll be taking my business somewhere else.... Personally I believe all the employees should be fired and hire a staff talk can talk customers with respect

I went to all three Casey’s locations in Davenport today at starting at 9:40. Not a single one had breakfast pizza available to grab and go, when asked they said well I’m done with breakfast pizza it’ll be at least 20minutes.

not sure if it's the management or what . But when the pizza says it Will be done in 15 mins then but actually takes 45 is kinda sad and it hasn't only happened once two times in a row . the app never updates either keeps saying pick up time is the same

Was just at the 53rd & division location to "give them another chance." The breakfast looked like there wasn't any bacon at all on it. I've added a Pic from this location, so maybe it can be shown to Division & 53rd so they might learn how to do it right.

Sitting at your pumps, how come it says $3.29? I corrected price on gas buddy, they changed it back to incorrect lower price. This station has done this before too! Your current online price listed is $2.89.

I gave this location 1 star cause that's the only way to get to the review. I stopped in today to grab a quick piece of pizza or a sandwich and while I was standing by the food warmers deciding what I wanted, the blond in the kitchen was telling her male co-worker "I'll spit in it, I ain't even joking I will spit in it". After hearing that I lost my appetite and grabbed a bag of gummies. I told the cashier I was going to buy food but the girl in the kitchen was announcing how she would spit in it. Her only reply was "I didn't hear her say that". I work 2 jobs and 1 is a bar that serves food and I know for a fact any employee that made that statement would no longer be an employee. That is disgusting and I will travel outside my neighborhood to avoid this Casey's. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid buying food there.

A family member went here and prepaid for gas inside on their card. After filling up there was a balance of ~$12 as overpayment. FM went back inside and asked how that would be credited back to the card and the clerk told FM that was between FM and their bank.FM felt this was incorrect but the clerk refused to concede and reimburse the overage. FM took it to their bank and was eventually credited back much more than initially overcharged as the bank found the clerk's claim appearing to be suspicious of fraud.Lesson here, go elsewhere as this Casey's is operated by shady folks.

So I am just going to give this location a three. It is a smaller sized location and it can’t help that, however, it is nevertheless a smaller sized place, and as such, doesn’t have a large bathroom and you will likely need to wait to use it. Yes, it was clean, but still it was pretty small.I also didn’t like how there were boxes and other trash all over the floor. Yes it was stocking time, but I have been to plenty of Casey’s that were being stocked, even small stores that were being stocked, and they still didn’t look quite this bad. It was nearly a fire hazard. Definitely could have been done differently.On the plus side, the coffee machine worked and there was plenty of room at the fuel pumps. There was also a decent selection of food available. The staff weren’t terrible, although they weren’t especially helpful either.Overall a solid three out of five for a Casey’s.

I was just in there less than an hour ago. I wanted two slices of pizza. There was none. So I decided on a sandwich. There's turkey on the Italian sub instead of ham. There's frozen lettuce. There's was no hot food at all. Staff didn't seem to friendly either. I should have went to the one on division and 53rd. I will never go back to this location. I love Casey's. This is the worst experience I've ever had with them

Ordered a taco pizza. Got it home and opened the box and hardly any taco chips and no taco sauce. We called and asked why there weren't any taco chips on the pizza and the employee told us that it was now Casey's policy to use a measuring cup to apply the taco chips. If this is indeed their new policy I won't be using Casey's for anything anymore anywhere.

Ordered a pizza at 1:46 and it was quoted to be ready at 2:06. Get to the store at 2:20 fully expecting my order to be ready, but I didn't see it sitting anywhere so I asked the clerk who greeted me, and the male cook with dreads lowers his voice and says 'about 7 more minutes'.I watched him (with gloved hands) touch so many different surfaces in and OUT of the kitchen area I was utterly disgusted. I tried waiting for a few minutes, but I don't want anything that is 30 mins late; especially while I'm on a schedule. Do better!!!!!I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE because it was NOT busy inside when I walked in. It's clear they don't value people's time and I refuse to fund any establishment that doesn't respect me as a customer!

My usual go to place for gas and anything small I need like drinks or a snack. Food is always good, especially the pizza. Best cheese pizza in the area.
