My medical assistant was phenomenal during my entire visit. I can’t think of anyway to make my appointment better.

Went in for a work physical. Staff was great. It took a little longer to see the doctor, but it happens.

They'd get a 5 this time because the employees were very friendly but I don't think I can ever give a 5 to anywhere that I don't actually want to go no matter how nice the staff.
