No one there smiles they are all angry looking like I walked into a NY DMV. They have a chill job they should be kind to others especially the woman there. A lot of sass going on in that office. I get it they do drug testing all day but we’re all uncomfortable enough going there already they just made it worst. The head lady there and the blonde girl was the only one who had half a smile and seemed informative. You can tell she was running the show. As for everyone else they all had such a nasty attitude couldn’t wait to write this survey I was hoping some more smiles would come out . LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME!

The receptionist was incredibly kind and professional. The medical/lab associate was well versed and professional as well. One thing… The blue liquid splatter all over the toilet & floor was odd, made it difficult collecting a urine sample. Other than that it’s a great facility.

Lady at front desk was so unprofessional and rude tired getting hold my my company for a simple phone call and just gave up and hung up the phone don’t recommend these people so disrespectful

Dr. Theodore Keorner didn't even let me know about the result of my X-ray that I took when I first got there. I told the nurse that I had shortness of breath he didn't even check my breathing. He didn't even check my back that's the main reason for the visit was my back pain. He looked like he was rushing out the door he was only in the room less than a minute. I didn't even have a chance to ask him a question. He just walked in the room and picked up the cleaning wipes that was on the table and handed it to me and told me to lift it up and down, that was it. I wasn't happy with my visit.

Staff was really friendly and did a fantastic job. App that I had to put my information in on didn’t work very well and it took a while. Besides that everything went great!

I went in and every person I met was smiling and friendly. The receptionist was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. Most of these places treat a person poorly. My company forgot to send the drugscreen in and the receptionist or representative worked her butt off to get it fixed . Shout out to her! The PT guy was friendly. Obviously if all of them were that nice I am disregarding the other reviews. Thanks for the great experience!

Staff was friendly, site was clean and my routine physical moved along at a steady pace. However, I had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment until I started receiving service.

The wait was very long but the females working there were very friendly and very attractive so the wait didn't feel like as long as it was.
