Someone made a rule that their system has to close at 1:30 for lunch instead of letting people take turns for breaks. When I got to the window, they told me, "I'm sorry, my register is closed. It will restart in 30 minutes." Honestly, I hope a real leadership sees this because it's ridiculous.

My prescription was sent a week in advance to ensure that when my order is able to be filled there will be no issue with stock and every single month I call making sure that it can/will be filled on the day stated and yet every time a manger goes back on their word saying it will be filled one day that day comes all of a sudden they never stated such a thing and they don’t know what is coming yet when I talked to another team member they state the truck is audited so they do know what’s on the truck so for them to repeatedly go back track every word that each team member says makes me wonder how such a regulated industry can be filled with empty promises and constant miscalculation despite providing ample time to ensure there’s no complications. Completely unprofessional and Mindy (the manager) seems to be the one teaching these practices it blows my mind how unorganized this super regulated industry is and if it’s just this pharmacy how on gods green earth are they still here. I try to be as respectful as possible and with each empty promise and guarantee it makes it harder and harder, I rarely write reviews but i’ve never been treated more disrespectful and received zero help / constant lies at any other establishment then this one. If CVS could reach out I have direct proof of these conversations and hopefully take action as I am sure there’s plenty of others with this same experience as they happen so consistently, I have had to record my conversations with these people to hold them to what they said so they’re unable to backtrack their constant false promises. So if possible I would love to provide audio proof to my claims stated above and action to be taken towards this horrible pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff with one large tall man are very unprofessional and have no compassion for patients who need their medications. They have lied to me and have called me a liar. Would never ever recommend

I've had my prescriptions there for awhile but in short here's my story.....my daughter attempted to take her life and when she was out of the hospital I went to refill her anxiety meds and was told by a tall heavy set white man that the Iowa Governor said they're no longer covered with her plan.....and that it would cost me, which I didn't have the funds so I left upset but did nothing at that time. When I went in a week later after finding out they WERE covered I was told by the same person that he never said that to me. Keep in mind she was without her meds for a week or so. That was the beginning of July. Today I go in to get the meds and the same man was there, I asked to have someone else help me and was told he was to help me because he's an employee in which I said bit zi am a customer......the pharmacy manager, a tall blondish woman was told I had to have him help me. Keep in mind they were NOT busy and there were 3 other people back in the pharmacy that COULD'VE helped me. So yes I walked out not a happy person and have since changed pharmacies. She could've very easily have waited on me but instead sided with him saying he DID NOT say that to me. I've put in major complaints to the higher ups. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! I just wonder how many other people he's lied to who really needed their meds. Thanks to those unprofessional people my daughter who has severe anxiety had to go without her medication! Totally unacceptable.

Just wanted to share my experience as I’ve had numerous issues with the people that work here. The first time was a couple months ago when I had a medication sent to them and they firstly refused to refill it and were nothing but disrespectful and to be quite frank were accusing me of trying to refill a prescription early despite my doctor giving the go ahead due to unavoidable circumstances and were extremely rude and assuming that I was a junkie just trying to get my medication refilled. The next time I try to refill this medication the day it was supposed to be filled I get a call saying yeah we can’t fill it today it’s “too early” despite both the app and their website showing that it should be filled on the 3rd. They just stated their app doesn’t work right and there’s nothing I can do despite for the past week stating today was the fill date. Beyond hard to work with once this medication gets filled I will be sending it to another CVS pharmacy the people that work here are just extremely unprofessional and downright rude.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to and should be shut down. Rude employees who refuse to help. The "manager" takes personal calls while he is up front at the register. The shelves are bare and the store is a mess. They do not honor the prices they post for items. Once they give you all this poor customer service ask you to leave if you object. Then when you ask for the bosses phone number the cowards won't give it to you. Do not bother shopping here if you are looking for something they won't have it and they will be uncourteous when you ask them about it. I hope this gets to corporate so I can express my feelings.

Not long ago I would have given 5 stars. I still would of it wasn't for one pharmacy tech. It seems that she decides for herself how often my pain medicine should be refilled. When I try to talk to her she shuts down. I always get a text saying when a prescription is ready for pickup. I have quite a few prescriptions. I go through the process of having it mailed since I'm unable to pickup any. When this tech is involved I never get the text. I always have to call to check on it. If I get her on the phone she comes across as though I'm bothering her. Everyone else is great.
