The cashiers are useless, quite literally never stand at the register, by the time they even start running shit if they play on their phones and smoke their vapes.
Stood In line for 30 minutes just about cause they were jacking around instead of doing their jobs.
Worst store in Davenport hands down.

I don't know if it's just this store or all dollar generals but I NEVER get my sale prices to me the way the receipt shows sale prices is just to be so confusing people don't question it but I know math, then when you bring this to the managers attention you are made to feel dumb even though you are proving to them the price is not right this has happened many times mostly with pop deals but today I bought multiple items at buy one get one one set was 2 identical throws at $15 each only $5.68 was taken for that discount the next was a quit set and a throw the quilt set was $25 the throw was $12 it only took off $9.38 I brought this to the workers attention and the first thing said was "oh well that sale is probably over" and we look in the aisle and no goes til Oct 3 I show her how it didn't work and she tried to say well it doesn't show the customer everything like what, how, that's what a receipt is for right??!?! Thats why I'm convinced dollar general is scamming people with their "sales" and your made to feel bad because it's so busy and only one cashier takes card as payment I also asked the cashier to make sure as she was ringing up they were buy one get one and she says well It doesn't show me that like what???? Manager Jen is also pretty rude whenever I try to get anything fixed, has even admitted to me the system is messed up but there's no point in here calling because nothing ever gets done I'm sure this review won't change anything just make sure to CHECK YOUR RECIPTS WHEN SHOPPING HERE

The red headed woman behind the counter is very rude. She will not respond to any conversations, not hi or even have a nice day. There was oil already on the counter when I went up and I told her it wasn't mine. She rolled her eyes with a big sigh! She shouldn't work with the public.

Horrible management I'm banned for life for no reason they said I stole something from there the night before when I didn't even step foot into that place they even called the cops on me I wanted them to show me proof but they didn't they gave me a Trespass notice but I didn't sign it the Store Manager name is Jennifer/Jen Chaney. She needs to be fired for unprofessionalism and false accusations.
