The sale area in the store is wonderful. The clothes are of great quality along with a nice selection. A few of the associates on the other hand were rude and not helpful at all. They need to be retrained on customer service. My daughter asked one of the associates if they had anymore of a particular shirt that was on the mannequin. The associate said no and quickly started to walk away. I asked if she could try the last shirt on and she rolled her eyes. When she got the shirt off the mannequin she handed it to my daughter and again walked away without bothering to open a dressing room for her. Another associate ended up opening it for her. They are owned by Von Maur but definitely don't have the same standards of customer service. Not impressed!

Went to the store today and was never greeted but everyone else was. The least that could’ve been done was say hello but I was never acknowledged. Won’t ever return.
