We had the best time! The rooms are clean and inviting, the staff was great! The restaurant was good and a nice little spa! We are not experienced gamblers and the staff in the casino was very helpful. Yeah it is not Las Vegas, but it is not meant to be Vegas. Was great for a quick trip!We will definitely be visiting this hidden gem in the future!

Honestly an extremely pleasant surprise after a cancelled birthday trip!!Long story short, my partner and I decided to cancel our flights to AZ, for my birthday weekend getaway, after all of the Southwest drama! We didn't want to chance getting stuck there. My partner and his family are big into casinos, I myself am not really. But am a sucker for a nice hotel and pool. After he sold me on the idea of Iowa, I was excited to sleep in and watch sports all weekend. The front desk ladies are very nice and have fabulous nails!! The rooms are nice and well spaced out. Could use a bit more closet space, but for a weekend away it wasn't bad! The view isnt anything to rave about, its parking lots and highway. But again, Iowa. As a city girl, Chicago, I'm used to every hotel having a view haha. The pool is nice, a bit small, but perfect for us. There weren't any kids at the pool which made a world of difference. We met two very nice couples in the hot tub and had lovely conversations! Shout of to midwest people! As far as the casino went, it was nice. Good layout, free soda/coffee. LOTS of smokers. Won some lost some. All of the addenants were nice and upbeat!! Can't wait to return!

My girlfriend and I drove 200 miles to visit the rhythm city casino . I had been almost a year since our last trip. The trip didnt start well when i checked in and asked to have late check out and she refused. She said they were sold out. I asked how many people requested and she said i dont know. So then we decided to swimming. I noticed they dont have any towels at the pool. I went to the desk and handed me the cheap towels with the blue stripe you might find at a motel 6 and then td me to make sure they end up in my room or i will be charged( like i would steal one of those rough motel.towels). We then gambled and i racked up 15k in.points. I.thought maybe i could get a comp since thats a lot.of.points in one day but sue(karen) at the rewards desk told.me no because i was over comped the lsdt time the last time i was thier. Im sure that its not my fault nor do i thinke its appropriate to tell me to make me feel like its.my fault. Nevertheless i used my points to buy dinner and dessert and breakfast. So if your looking for place to gamble or stay. Stay far away from rhythm city davenport. They could care less about you. They will reply to this like they care but too late. Im long gone

Rhythm Room entertainment was enjoyable. Gaming floor was kept clean and wasn't overly smoky. A lot of 1 cent machines if you like that sort of thing. Front desk host efficient. Restrooms were clean. Ruthie's Restaurant was definitely the star of the evening. Beautiful restaurant and great food and drink priced accordingly. King room was adequate HOWEVER when we came back to our room around 11:00 it smelled of raw sewage. The smell cleared around 2ish but because of that we won't stay at the hotel again.

Such a shame to have such a nice building and the worlds worst customer service. I should have turned taken the warnings and turned around when I saw the miserable paybacks of 89.9% posted in the front vestibule. I made my way to the bar, and fed the machine a $100 bill. The bartender came over and got drinks for the 2 customers standing next to me. Then failed to even acknowledge I existed. He walked away with a smile, eye contact or a greeting. He grabbed his bar towel and headed to the back room. 10 minutes later, he reappeared and walked to the end of the bar where I was seated, but agin bypassed me and started taking orders for those standing in line. He finally says "who was next and thankful a customer pointed out that I have been severely neglected. I ordered a vodka soda and was giving this 5-6 ounce pathetic miniature glass with 1oz vodka, and 5oz of soda. I continued to play and having lost my first $100, I shoved another in the machine. My Dixie cup sized cocktail was empty, and so was my credits on the ridiculously tight poker machine. Finally a breath of fresh air came from behind the bar. He asked me what I was drinking and the short heavy set bartender grunted ... UH. NO! Huh? What is going on. Then poor service bartender begins fumbling around with receipts from the printer, and comes over and says to me, "I HAVE 11 minutes on your time". Huh? What time? I guess in Iowa, or at the Rhythm City Casino anyway, you can only have 1 Dixie cup sized watered down drink every 20 minutes. Who knew!?! What their 9 minute timer really told me was, I just blew through $150 in their machine, with NOTHING better than a 3 of a kind in 9 minutes. You do the math ... that's a chunk of change if I were to stay an hour for e drinks at a rate of $600-800 per hour lost in their horrible machines. Worst casino experience I've ever had. I will NEVER be back.

I have seen some great entertainment here. It's organized when you come in, multiple places to purchase drinks, so blessed to have an event center close to home.

Hotel, Food & Meeting Room review only! I live near Chicago, but have been to Rhythm City multiple times for work functions. Having been to several Casinos in Iowa, I wasn't looking forward to the first visit to Rhythm City but was happy to walk into such a beautiful venue (bonus: no smell!). The front desk staff have always been helpful and pleasant, and any waitstaff I've dealt with (during meals/meetings) have been overly attentive and nice - to the point of walking around and replacing water bottles when a new one was needed! The first few times, I was here for a day meeting only, but decided to stay overnight on one occasion. The hotel rooms are just as nice as the venue is itself. It was a standard layout, but decorated nicely, clean, great toiletries. Lastly: the food! The food that I've had (within meetings, at the restaurants) has all been delicious! Lots of shrimp dishes, pastas, great salads and even an array of breakfast items. From a business point of view: certainly recommend this for meetings if in need in this area!

Rhythm City Casino Resort is fantastic! We had our daughter's wedding reception here . The venue is gorgeous, the food was AMAZING, lots of hotel rooms for guests to stay and the staff was outstanding. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Our guests were so glad to have so many amenities available during their stay including the casino, the Spa and Draft Day sports bar. Having everything in one location is so convenient. We are still getting compliments on how good the food was at the reception and how accommodating the event staff was. The location is ideal especially for guests traveling from out of town. Rhythm City Casino Resort is a jewel in the crown of the Quad Cities.

I honestly went for the buffet. Would give it five stars except for $25 per person everything needs to be completely fresh.

If you want to avoid racism and discrimination resulting in not being allowed to go inside... I highly suggest you choose another casino.... my ID has Worked everywhere I've gone in the past year and at this casino twice in the past monh the manager on duty said he has no idea who would have let me in before.. hopefully they figure out their staffing situation because ive enjoyed my time coming here and will never recommend it again after the extremely poor and insensitive service to my friend and I.. There are other options..

Love this place for concerts! I've seen Cheech & Chong, Wayne Newton, Vince Neil, Mac and Farva from Super Troopers and Carlos Mencia! All were so much fun! The employees were always super helpful when needing help finding your seats. Great addition to the Quad Cities!
