We were in the mattress shop and decided to walk around on the furniture side just looking ? and Bryan smith came over be for we new it we were buying . It was something we wanted next year lol he was so helpful didn’t push us just answered annd friendly people woall our questions. Told him let us talk about it and we will see. We have our beautiful couch can not wait. U do have a lot of nice people there

Almost 1 month ago I put down money on a couch, only to come in later for a refund. When I came in I spoke to the manager who assured me I would get a refund check mailed to me. 1 week later I get a call saying to come in as my check was there. I explained the manager said it was to be mailed to me, the salesman apologized & told me he would mail it & sorry for the mistake. Another week goes by & I get a call from salesman Neil. He told me come pick up your check it’s here. At this point I’m upset. I’ve been waiting for a check at my house, it shouldn’t be there. He apologized said he would send it out that night. A few min pass & sales person Nelly calls me & very rudely says:: We don’t do that. That’s personal & you have to come pick it up. I was upset because this was my salesperson who sold me the couch & was there when the manager said he would mail it to me! She told me that manager didn’t work for the company anymore. I was then put on a 15 minute hold to talk to a supervisor and then I was told there is no supervisor there at the store. I hung up called back & magically a supervisor answered the phone. Her name was Amina. Very courteous and understanding. I addressed my disappointment in sales person Nelly & all the back & fourth that I was put through. She immediately refunded me my money, through debit, however the horrible customer service can’t be fixed. & that Nelly woman should be fired for lying & for how incredibly unprofessional & rude she was to me. She doesn’t have a clue how to talk or treat guest costumers, or maybe she just doesn’t care.

Bryan Smith is an excellent addition to your sales staff! He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of his way to help you find that perfect piece or make suggestions if you are uncertain. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone!!!

I had a short and sweet experience buying my barstools! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about when I could expect them and how when they deliver them they will also put them together ? which helps me immensely! Tyler was my sales person.

Furniture promised for 2-4 weeks. 6 weeks later no furniture. Went to store to ask for a refund. More than willing to give a refund, but because my mom wrote a check, it would very 10 business days before corporate could get a check to the store. It has been 10 days, no check has been received.

I moved with my wife recently so we needed a good amount of furniture. We pulled up at furniture row after bumming around Lovesac and La-Z-boy. We met Billy who was the most helpful salesperson I have met. He was patient and polite and helped us pick out all the furniture we needed. He gave us a flat rate delivery and multiple other discounts. He set up our financing as well. I highly recommend this place and you must find Billy to get the best experience.I would come again.

Purchased from two different departments. Mr. Payne was excellent - friendly yet caring about my interests throughout the entire process! He has earned my future business. Ms. Mar, on the other hand, was very hard to understand and displayed a businesslike persona, not too friendly, just business.

I have always been a satisfied customer of Furniture Row. I have made many purchases for myself and the business I work for. Today I visited the store and I was not greeted by one sales person. I saw four of them. I was in the market looking for bunk beds. After being in the store for about 15 minutes I see a salesperson come my way, thinking he was coming to address me, but he passed me up to greet a Caucasian family. I circled back so I could see what he was saying to them. And as I thought, he was asking them if they needed help. I walked further still looking for someone to approach me, but nothing. I observe one salesperson walking around with folded arms occasionally on his phone. As I continued thru the door I stop a Caucasian lady and asked her “were you asked if you needed help” her reply “yes.” At this point I sought out a manger to make my concerns known. I was appalled by the customer service I received. Was it the color of my skin as to why they ignored me and figured I wouldn’t purchase anything or is it that they need more customer service training? This is not my first experience. Go into Sofa Mart as a person of color and see what happens.

I was approached by Nelly after coming into the store on a whim. She was polite and extremely helpful. Best of all NOT PUSHY. She was patient and when I was unsure handed me her card saying call me if you have any questions. I came back the next day to make the purchase and she immediately recognized me and helped me. The purchase was fast and painless. Highly recommend going to see her.
