Was really looking forward to the grand opening today. Had hoped to get my clubs regripped and to pick up a pair of shoes, balls and a few other items. Unfortunately, the employee working at the service desk was more interested in having a personal conversation than waiting on me. This was even after one of the people he was chatting with acknowledge that I was there and wanting to drop off my clubs. I left and went to US Golf in Moline where I was able to get the items I needed and my clubs regripped while I was there. You can do better Golf Galaxy!

My face cracked in my 3 wood in June it’s currently end of November. Ryan has been a rock star. He has stayed on the manufacturer to get the head back. He was able to find out it was lost by the manufacturer. I’m very grateful that he has stayed on top of them.

DONT BUY FROM GOLF GALAXY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND THE STORE IS OVERPRICED CONSIDERING HOW YOU GET TREATED AFTER SPENDING MONEY THERE.Terrible customer service! Spent $1,000+ on golf clubs and was told the clubs would be in within 3 to 4 weeks. At 5 weeks i had to call golf galaxy to ask about the clubs because my tracking number didnt work. They told me the clubs were on back order and were going to be another 6-8 weeks from coming in unless golf galaxy had them shipped as is and installed the grips i wanted in house which would make the process faster. Another 2 weeks have gone by since they told me they could make it go faster and they never called me to tell me that they havent received the clubs yet because they havent been shipped. I had to call them twice to get updated and finally at the end of a 20 minute conversation the second time they said they would contact the manufacturer to see about the items. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING THEY DID WITHOUT ME HAVING TO CALL! THATS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, PROVIDING SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS!Absolutely terrible customer service and overpriced in the fact that theyll take your money then not care about updating you and leave you in the dark. I would not recommend ordering clubs from them or buying anything golf wise from them and just order the items yourself. Dont help them if they arent going to help you. Being that they are a chain store im sure they wont give me any money back or any compensation for them being bad at their CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB.DONT BUY FROM GOLF GALAXY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF BEING TREATED POORLY AND OVER SPENDING.

Went there for an appointment to be fitted for a new Driver. Kee was great. Took the time to make sure I walked out of there with the right club. Will go back for irons.

I ordered golf clubs February 27th. They told me they would give me a call next week and tell me when they would come in. The salesman never gave me a call. I had to call them to get an update and everytime it was always something different on why they still have not came in. I am still without the clubs now

All of these employees lie straight to your face. I bought a putter from this store back in April on the last day of some promotion or deal they had going on. With the purchase of my putter, they "ensured" that I would receive a $120 gift card 40 days after the purchase as part of the promotion/deal. I called after 40 days because I did not receive the gift card, and they told me it would be 90 days instead of 40. So I waited 90 days, did not receive a gift card still, then called back asking where it was. They then have told me that they are "unfamiliar with that in-store promotion" and won't be giving me the gift card at all. What is shady, is they knew exactly what promotion I was talking about when I called after 40 days, but can't recall the promotion when I called after 90 days. I can assure you I will never return to this golf galaxy, or any golf galaxy ever again. I do not associate with stores who promote false advertising and lie to their customers. I hope this store goes out of business.
