Came in to double check my toolbox two year warranty and was assured I could exchange my box no problem regardless of issues and to bring it In. When I wheeled my toolbox in the representative there gave me flak asking questions irrelevant to my return policy. And continued to give me attitude the whole process. Later that day I returned to purchase an even more expensive toolbox. The representative was still there and the attitude from before continued. They didn't have the specific box I wanted to purchase in stock and was told it needed to be ordered. I asked if there were any stores in the relative area that might have one answering no I said ok let's order. Paid for (🤦) I then asked how long shipping would be and was told three weeks with no explanation about express delivery options. THEN I GOT OUT AND CALLED MOLINE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD THE SPECIFIC BOX IN STOCK!!!!! I really feel like this lady messed with me. With no refund until delivery now I'm sol for three weeks. 700$ more like 2000$ inconvenience. Will definitely think about my future purchases elsewhere.

Good store that is the modern day Sears. If you use coupons & wait for sales, it's more practical.

I honestly would not even give 1 star.
But there's no place for for 0 stars.
My husband brought an air compressor. Got it home and did not work. Returned it and was told that they charge a restocking fee. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO CHARGE CUSTOMER'S A FEE ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK. GOOD LUCK IF ONE BUYS IT!!

I am a regular customer. Today I am very disappointed. I purched a jack and thier was one for 20% off because of the opened box. I asked to get that one, but a cashier told the manager it was being held for someone. The customer had not paid for the item and not in the store. I asked the manager how could it be held without payment and the customer in the store? She replied " She didn't know" . #HarborFrieghtI only gave 2 stars because I was greater by the male cashier and he was very nice.
