Nice looking building from outside & lobby.? Once we got into our room, not very good! Out dated & filthy furniture!? The carpet was shredded along the seams? The bathroom faucet for hot water was broken!? The restaurant & bar attached to the hotel was excellent!? Good food & great drinks!?

I had an outstanding experience across the board here. Every single team member I encountered was professional, friendly and went above and beyond from the front desk, restaurant and late night cleaning crew. I look forward to returning again.

The lady at front desk had the personality of a worm. Sorry but wasn't pleased with her. She checked us in and was done with her duty. Didn't explain about breakfast where things like pool and hot tub were or anything. However she did say if we drive around the back we'd be closer to the elevator going to 5th floor. The pool was ice cold so doubt it was supposed to be heated. The pool I take care of at Holiday Inn Express Janesville is kept at 87 degrees. Very nice and comfy. The hot tub is more like a like warm barely enjoyable bubbly water tub. Again it was a far cry from the 102 degrees I keep mine at Holiday Inn Express Janesville WI. And the breakfast buffet serves less than most Holiday Inn Express places do for free and they charge 12.99 a person. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Definitely was expecting at least if not more than and Express offers. Sad excuse for a Holiday Inn and Suites.Rooms: The windows have shears and parking lot lights on all night. No curtains to darken room. So it was like sleeping in the day outside. Very bright!

Would never stay here again. When I pay $220 a night for a hotel room, I expect it to be clean at the bare minimum. I found black hairs all over our room. There were red stains in the carpet. I was about to get in the shower when I saw a huge wad of black hair in the drain. I called the front desk and they sent house keeping up to clean it. However, it made me wonder if our room had been cleaned at all. The food at the restaurant was good and the location is good.

There's a difference here. I didn't expect the quality. This Hotel brings back the meaning of quality and comfort. Our comfort included "Dove" brand soap and body wash. Even the tissue paper is "Angel Soft". Quality name brand necessities. Thanks.Only missing a microwave oven in our room. Inconvenient only because I couldn't reheat my takeout.Rooms: Very clean.Nearby activities: Close to everything.

Very clean room and hotel. The hot tube was great. The shower head in my room (424) could need replaced. The shower also only had one temp(blazing hot), I woul d rather it be that then cold tho. Overall will stay again, and will suggest others to go here.

The first time I came here mysuite was great. This time it was small and disgusting. The shower has mold growing all over it (unusable for me but my husband braved it). The view was appalling. The tables had disgusting substance all over them. Rated 1/10

Came to this Holiday Inn for a weekend wedding. The front desk was able to accommodate our early check-in request even though the hotel was completely full. We spent time in J Bar having cocktails then back later for dinner. The staff here is very good and the rooms are perfectly fine. The breakfast? Meh, I've had better but it was a nice addition. Five stars.

Horrible first experience at this hotel. The room we were given looked like a party was just had with no detail to cleanliness whatsoever especially with COVID. Went to the front desk and they offered us a new room that would not be ready for another few hours so you know there was not 24hr vacancy. Traveling as a family I was beyond disappointed in Holiday Inn's promise of clean and safe environment. The new room however, went above and beyond expectations so thank you to the staff for addressing our concerns promptly!
