“I am 85 years old and have been insured by State Farm for auto and home for about 65 years. When our last assigned agent left the company I decided to look for my own agent. I went to four State Farm Agencies in the proximity of our home. Three of them gave me the attitude of no big deal if you choose us or not. One lady, Sam, from Tim Flanagan's office went above and beyond to invite me to bring my three policies to their office. When I decided to do that, Sam, and other Staff helped in the switch over process. Then a couple of weeks ago I stopped by the office and met Tim Flanagan, and that confirmed that I had indeed made the right choice. “The ladies are friendly and very helpful and my new policy for homeowners and auto insurance was reasonable, and they are centrally located in Davenport, just before the bridge and the old McDonald's building when you turn right onto George Washington BLVD & then turn into the next parking lot on the left. It was easy to find and easy to switch, when my old insurance went way up this year! I’m happy I switched!”
