Maybe the lady wasn't trained but the gold I brought In weighed 6.11 g and she weighed it at less than four Grams total. Either she didn't know how to use the equipment or it was something shady going on. Then even after that mistake she tried to explain a loss of weight due to stones . This was an additional loss of Weight bringing the total down even more. I am a Silver Smith and deal with metals constantly I know my stuff.Take the story as you will but definitely questionable situation needless to say I left immediately and kindly. Owners and management beware.
