I hate the intoxalock device. I have found it extremely difficult to operate and have had problems with false positives because it requires you to do a complicated series of blows that must be executed PRECISELY as the gadget requires. That being said, the installer that I spoke to when it was installed was friendly and patient with me as I unsuccessfully tried to master this technology. I fear that I will have much trouble trying to deal with this thing because regardless of consumption of alcohol it is so difficult to satisfy this contraption.

Sales is sales, but when sales reps just spew out false facts and corner you into jumping into agreements you're not comfortable with they're not doing their job of putting customers first. If you are new to this service and you get a sales rep named Clayton, hang up. He has a temper, corners you, and will yell at you when you make simple mistakes. He forces his sales tactics on you and when you ask him to just help instead of spewing sales, his fragile ego breaks. Worst customer service I've experienced ever.

This company is terrible. They took unauthorized payments out of my checking account and will not refund me. I sent my unit back and they continued to bill me for the unit for several months. Awful customer service and they got an attitude when I said I need to speak to their boss.
