After agreeing to pick up my car on Thursday, this company gave me the run around until Monday. They wouldn't answer the phone, or say they'd have to call be back then don't, they even hung up on me! Why not just say no instead or being rude and jerking me around for 5 days? I finally had to take a hint and call another company. Do your self a favor and just call someone else to start.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I say the worst customer service I ever experience. Be careful they will change the price on you once they get your car on the bed of there truck and if you refuse to pay there upcharge they will take your car to the pound. Bad business. Horrible customer service.Service: Car towing

Scheduled a tow with John's Towing at 7:30 a.m. for 4 p.m.. I was moving out of my storage shed on the last day of the month and I scheduled the tow for 4:00 and the storage place closed at 5:00 p.m. . I let John's Towing know that they close at 5:00 p.m. and they did not call me until 5:15 to tell me that they were available. The storage place was closed by then and I ended up having to pay another day of storage and called Fred's towing who showed up on time and got the job done on time.
