We are very happy with our buying experience at Knilan’s Furniture. We had a couch, loveseat, and bench reupholstered as well as purchased a new super comfortable recliner. Lori Rochau was super to work with. Not high pressure at all and gave us great ideas for colors, style, and comfort. The delivery crew was excellent as well. Shopping for furniture at Knilans has been a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly, Becky was fantastic in helping us find the couch we were looking for. She was supportive and considerate, and really listened to what we were interested. i appreciated her suggestions. They were willing to hold the couch until we were ready for delivery. That was also very convenient. an appointment was set up and the delivery staff was also pleasant and helpful. We did not have to wait for a specific day that the truck was coming in our direction. we had a specific time for delivery. truly a wonderful shopping experience!

We recently purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress from Knilan’s. Along with mattress protector and a set of sheets. As always Knilans was terrific to work with and we received our purchase within a few days. Their delivery service is second to none. The mattress was set up in a relatively short time and we were given a lesson on using the remote control before they left. We always shop Knilans for our furniture!!!!!

Joan was VERY helpful. We described our space and how disappointed we were with the quality of all of the other furniture stores in the area. She lead us to the Temple sectional which my wife loved immediately.However that was the easy part. Joan then assisted us in selecting the depth, cushion firmness, cover type, pillow accents and skirting. We would never have been able to accomplish this as swiftly as we did without her.The material swatches that we took home were large enough to enable us to easily select our colors.The most astonishing thing about our Knilans' experience was how quickly our furniture was manufactured and delivered. We had heard the stories of other store's delays and disappointments. It was delivered ahead of our expectations and we couldn't be happier.
