Absolutely amazing, short lead time and excellent customer service.We had some slats for windows cut and when we installed it it was fine and they fit snug but as soon as we tried to close the window one of the slats fell out and broke (we had to adjust the braket). So I called and talked to Cathy and explained the situation asking how much another one would cost and she said they would cut me another one at no charge!Thank you guys so much!We will be definitely coming here again!Service: Window repair

glass installation, residential not auto... not a good experience all the way through, replaced insulated glass in 7 windows. Final outcome is that one window still does not slide open, plastic part in the slide mechanism broken - probably cannot replace.Took me a while to figure out what is going on with the windowService: Glass installation
