Raj helped us out when we came to look around at the dealership for a car for my brother-in-law . Initially they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for but he said he would let me know if something came in. A few days later he contacted me to let me know a vehicle got traded in that was exactly what we were looking for. He understood my urgency for needing it , got it cleaned up and ready for us to test drive by the next day. We bought the vehicle and my brother-in-law LOVES it. It’s super clean and runs great and Raj made the whole process quicker and easier than I have ever experienced. Got me a great rate too! Will definitely continue dealing with Raj for our vehicle needs. This place is Amazing and above all Raj Kumar was the best salesperson we have ever met, he has in-depth knowledge on cars. He went above and beyond for us in understanding our needs and gave us best available solutions. When we asked questions he answered them all. We will definitely recommend to anyone. He well versed in different financial options.

Steve "Karl" Karwath has been extremely professional with all my car buying experiences at Smart Lexus. All the cars I've purchased have been on a need basis and Steve and the team diligently looked through options for financing, availability, and preference each time to make sure I left with a reliable car on the same day. Their access to Smart Toyota helps with finding options if you aren't necessarily looking for a Lexus too. On top of that, their service team has followed up to ensure the vehicles I've purchased continue to meet my needs and that I'm performing routine maintenance. Lastly, financing through them has saved me money since they have had a better rate than the competing bids I've received from other lenders. Know that you're in good hands with Steve and the Lexus team!!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever!! These people wouldn't know the truth if it bit them. And it goes all the way to the top. The general manager, Todd Hopkins and sales manager Lindsey Emery were the worst. It literally took me 4 months to get my title. No excuse!! The day I got the car home it nearly bled to death in my driveway. Spot of oil over a foot across in just a few hours. They had this vehicle for 60 days but magically it never leaked there. I looked it up in the Lexus database and guess what?? It said clean oil leak, just before I bought it. Do as you please, but trust me when I say, these people will absolutely lie to you!!UPDATE 10/13/23If you're reading this, you can make up your own mind about who is telling the truth, but please understand I wouldn't be wasting my time doing this if every word I speak wasn't the truth.They NEVER offered to buy it back. In fact that's exactly what I asked them to do. They wouldn't do it!!As to their other story about the registration, It was Missouri Inspected the day after I bought it by the shop that fixed the oil leak they lied to me about it. A Missouri vehicle inspection is valid for 60 days. It's purely on them that it didn't get done on time.These people ougth to be in politics, because they simply don't know how to tell the truth!! If it wasn't for their title clerk and office manager I would probably still be trying to get a title. Very bad business!!

I have had multiple family members purchase a car from Raj at Smart Lexus, and the service he provides is consistently amazing! He ensures you get what you want for the best bang for your buck. There’s never too much pressure to make a decision you’re not ready to make. Whenever someone I know needs a new car, I recommend they go to Raj at Smart Lexus of Quad Cities!

I worked with representative Hunter Jarvis recently while looking for a new vehicle and potentially trading mine in and he was extremely professional and helpful on helping me understand everything that comes with the purchase of a vehicle. The best part of the experience was that I never felt pressured to make a decision that day. When the time comes I will be coming back to buy a car from this dealership.

We love the car, but the customer service has been AWFUL and I would not purchase a vehicle from here again. We bought our car at the beginning of April and only received one key for it. Not a big deal, at first, because there was a manufacturer delay and we get that. The dealership said they would mail it to us. Fast forward several months to July/August. We call to check in about the key, as we've not heard anything. Still nothing. We call again in September. Finally, we get an answer that the second key is ready and that we'll have to drive to the dealership to get it set up. My husband drives 1.5 hours to the dealership only to find out that the key that was ready was actually for his father's Lexus (a vehicle that his father purchased in December!), and not his. He then has to drive 1.5 hours back home. The dealership told him they would have the key ready soon and asked if he could come back. I told my husband to see if they could pick up the car, as I was 9 months pregnant at this point and didn't want him to leave for 3+ hours again so close to my due date. They made an appointment to pick up the car on October 4 at 7:15 a.m. We now have a newborn baby and my husband woke up extra early after being up several times during the night to exchange the vehicle. At 7:30, my husband calls to ask where they are at and they said, "Oh, no one told you? 7:15 is just a placeholder time." This is the kind of poor communication we've dealt with from the very beginning. Oh, and when they returned the car to us at the end of the day, it was returned with only 40 miles left in the tank. Not exactly the top tier service one would expect from a brand like Lexus, and I have to say we are extremely disappointed.

Wow this place will screw you. Just offered 1/2 KBB trade in value on my car. Had two other offers at true trade in value both were buy it now from you at 12k. This place said 5k I owe almost 12k. Shop around people.

Harry in service provides OUTSTANDING service to his Lexus customers! :) I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. I can trust him to keep me safe by keeping my car in tip top shape! Speedy service and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly! I take the safety of my vehicle seriously, and I recommend this dealership to anyone who feels the same! The service is excellent. I never had a problem when I take my car in for service, the loaner is available so I can keep moving on with my day. When I upgrade my car, I never have encountered any problems. Smart Lexus is a single lady’s best friend.

Bought a VW from them that lasted me 2 weeks and it needed more than what the car cost to fix it. Had to sell it and buy a new car because everyone I went to said it wasn’t worth it to fix. I called them a handful of times with no real advice or help.
