Horrible!!! Should probably train your staff how to use and do embroidery! Better yet if the don’t feel comfortable don’t let them touch machine. He ruined my son hat and gave to us with no big deal. As in I finished and here you go! We went last year had a super nice lady do my sons baseball hat. So we decided to do again. Ruined hat and put a hole in my sons hat, because the first attempt it was super small. We go back next day, I went at 11:30am on Thursday and they were closed. Go back that even with my husband and different kid working was attempt fix, as he said the guy that helped us on Wednesday night was worthless! Can say that again worthless and only about watching videos on phone. But I can’t say too much about the guy that attempt to help. At least he decided that the machine wasn’t working and didn’t want to ruin hate more to come back hmmm when manager in next week like Monday. I felt we were dealing with complete stoners and another worthless person. But 2nd guy didn’t want to try. Thank you dude for not making it worse. Train your employees to not be so worthless. I will attempt to have manager fix…. Even and when the manager there. But future visit probably never again.

I would give them less than one if I could. Paid for a hat and embroidery, was told they didn't have the parts to do it afterwards. They said they would have it the next day and they would call the next day. 2 weeks of us calling and checking on it, we finally just got a refund. Well went back about a month later to try again. Got a hat they did the embroidery that day. The letters were extremely crooked. Took it back , the new girl that was there did a great job on the front and then the needle broke. No big deal . She said she would have the manager call the next day and he would finish it. 3 phone calls later of us calling and 2 days still nothing. Waiting for a call back..

I wish I could do less then 1 star! They charged me almost 60$ for 2 hats with custom logos that were already in the Lids system, after paying the money and explaining in detail everything I needed I left and heard nothing for 2 weeks so I called and no one answered for 3 days in a row, finally they answered and acted like they had no clue what I was talking about, after explaining again what I needed they said they’d call me in “45 minutes “ I never got the call so I finally got ahold of them again and they had done nothing! Finally they told me they would have them done in a few hr so I went over to pick them up and the logos were not even close to being the size or in the position on the cap that I had requested ?♂️ Needless to say I won’t be wasting valuable time or money at lids no more!!

Extremely unfriendly shopping environment. When they are actually open, which isn't often, they are always sitting on their phones, not bothering to help their customers. I felt like every time I asked a question or needed help, I was bothering the girl behind the counter, who seemed more interested in chatting with her friend then she was with helping me.I would have been there earlier but she had the gate closed in the middle of the business day with no explanation just like the past three times I've been there. I understand needing a break but an hour and a half? That feels like a ridiculous amount of time to me.This was a great store a few years back but now, the lack of strong management in recent months shows.When I asked for a customer service number to call the girl refused to give it to me, so I guess I'll just have to leave a review and warn other people off from this location.I ended up walking out without getting what I wanted and with a bad taste in my mouth. If this is how this company thinks stores should be run then I want nothing to do with it.I will be shopping elsewhere and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same.

Package had minor damage on it but not their fault. Besides that I love the products and they came in a very timely fashion! Well done lids!
