I have been a loyal customer of Loves, but after what happened in Davenport, IA, I will think twice before stopping again. My $400 bracelet disappeared in the shower area. The manager refused to even check the cameras, basically telling me it doesn’t matter. This feels like either negligence or worse. Loves should be ashamed.

Fountain Soda was flat. No ice either. Cooler's weren't working. Couldn't use coupons through their app at this location.

Im a truck driver and I stopped in to get trailer repair. Matt was very knowledgeable about the issue and had me done in no time. Loves has a good mechanic on there team.

O start for customer service at diesel desk. They are scanning their own loves rewards points instead of who actually paid for fuel. It’s just happened with me when i tried to talk with front desk lady she totally ignored me. Just beware of this kind of scammers

Nice stop..almost lost my phone at the register while checking out,kind cashier found me in the store and returned it to me..🤟..Also ordered from Arby's there,I went to get ice..in the store and the nice cashier from Arby's looked for in the store and gave me my order..👍..Now that's customer service..5 ⭐ z...keep up the good work..🤟👊😎
