BLUF: Staff were polite and helpful.
■ This store had the product I was looking for (SKU and shelf space), unfortunately they couldn't sell them. I kinda get why, odd reason, just a bummer really. Oh well.
■Brighter store than most Lowe's I've been to.

I was just at the store. Had excellent service from Shawn in the lumber department. He solved my problem creatively and affordably…a win/win!!! Boom!!!
