Receiving side is lazy and rude. You check in at 7:03 and they say they have a appliance truck yet it’s not there and you have one item to take of and they have two docks but won’t receive you what in the world.

It's OK. Not everything is here people. Small hometown hardware stores usually have a better selection of the basics. Nuts and bolts.

Terrible service, I tried to order an expensive appliance online, but then got a huge filter when it arrived. When I caller customer service, i was rudely answered by a lady, and she said I either had to pay for it to be taken back or go to the store and buy a new one. Please, save yourself time and money and go to another hardware store.

I asked if they had this certain byfold corner cabinet hinge as this on is broken. Assistant replied that he had no idea!! I asked who could tell me. Assistant said she was off today. I looked myself but there was a very small assortment and nothing that would work for me. Very disappointed in the knowledgeable service and their advertising of being one of the Q.C. largest assortment of hinges when they are not even close. I found the hinge somewhere else(will not mention) and was amazed at the assortment they had and the number of associates asking me if I needed help.

The Davenport Iowa location is by far the best location !!! Service team members named Laura, Nick & Chris were amazing in process of me getting 70 plus bricks. They really respect, knowledgeable & quick! THEY LOADED THE bricks on my trailer within 5 mins and I was able to leave because I was in a hurry. Lowe’s cares about their customers & they respect there customers valuable time ! Highly recommend this store

We have purchased several appliances through the Davenport Iowa lowes. This is got to be the worst experience ever. First all. We waited months to get a refrigerator that wouldn't make ice fixed or replaced that we had just purchased two years prior with a extended warranty. We got a buy out. Then bought a new one. First delivery team "sub contractors" wouldn't hook it up cause we didn't have a shut off valve directly behind the fridge. Then our local lowes said they do it every day without that. The second sub contractors came out delivered the new fridge. Wouldn't remove the existing one unless I removed the doors myself and had to hook up the water line myself. Completely a awful experience. Totally upset with the whole experience. Never had this problem before

Understaffed, staff were extremely rude and don't want to help. You roam in the store for an hour without any member of the staff asking if you need help. They looked at me from head to toe and didn't even acknowledge me. Update: I want to thank the manager on his or her reply to my previous post. Since that date, been to lowes several times & it was 180 degrees improvement. Each one of the staff greeted customers & asked if they needed help. This showed that Lowe's team is proactive & productive. So thanks again for the quick response & improvement.

My wife and I have purchased many salaries worth of products over the years. Having moved from Florida this past year we were interested in taking advantage in recent sales of laundry appliances. After making our selection we spent nearly an hour waing for Jon to recognize us. Although he was somewhat assisting a younger couple, he never at least acknowledged our presence. Finally disappointed, I told my wife we'd leave, still no recognition from this associate. I obviously am very dissatisfied.

The customer service was terrible. We ordered 8000.00$ in appliances and the order was lost. Store manager was rude and said we shouldn’t have used online ordering after we were told to by store personnel. Will never return to Lowe’s ever.

I ordered a new dishwasher ~10 days before Thanksgiving 2022. They took my payment and contact information and I was told it might be two weeks with the holiday. No problem. After 3 weeks with no contact I called the store and after speaking to several people I was told my number had somehow been deleted from the system so the unit had been returned to the main warehouse.They took my number again and said they’d contact me when it was back in. After a week I called the store again. Yet again I was told my number had been removed from the system, but a manager would follow up with me later that day.Nobody called so the next morning I called again and was told by a manager that someone would get back to me within an hour. I waited two hours and then drove to the store. I asked to speak to the manager I spoke with that morning and cancelled my order and got a refund.I was extremely disappointed in the service as it was the first bad experience I’d had with Lowe’s. I haven’t shopped there since.
