Bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership in February of 2023. It has had issue after issue after issue. Feel like I was definitely sold a lemon, which is unfortunate. Wish I’d never bought the vehicle! I’ll never buy another Hyundai and I’ll steer clear from this dealership in the future.

Just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy AWD fron Frank from Kia and Jayson from Hyundai and we was in and out so fast everything went so smoothly and was so pleasant to deal with these guys. Would highly recommend them both to anyone!

Eugene Tubbs was my sales person. He did a great job and helped me pick the perfect SUV for me. He explained all the features in depth and helped me feel comfortable navigating my vehicle. He got me a good deal on my trade and a great deal on the price of my new vehicle.

We had been browsing websites for weeks looking for a new vehicle. To be completely honest, the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid was not on our original list of vehicles but once we stumbled onto the Smart Hyundai website and found it, there was almost no turning back. We visited the dealership very close to closing time (around 5:30 on a Friday evening) and were in the lot looking at the vehicles when Gus came out to meet and speak with us. He was very knowledgeable about the car and let us know there was one more in the showroom which we went inside to look at and ultimately ended up purchasing.We sat in it, listened to him tell us all about the features and set up a test drive for the following day. Needless to say that between the vehicle itself being great, Gus being great and the reputation that the Smart Dealership name has in the area, we could not go wrong.I would highly recommend buying a car here.

Service shuttle doesn't go to Silvis, Hampton, Coal Valley or other outlying areas. When I asked where they did cover, I was told Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline and East Moline. Leaves a lot of the quad-cities area out in the cold.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. 50 minutes from pulling into the parking lot to driving home, including a 10 minute test drive. Went in for my first service last week and it was easy and drama free. Highly recommend.

First of all, my husband and I have bought several cars at this dealership when it was Lujacks and due to a horrible experience in 2017, we swore we would never buy a car there again. But, we decided to try again now that it was Smart Hyundai and boy are we glad we did! Salesman Chris was awesome! If you want someone that is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, Chris is your guy. He is the reason we bought the car. Smart Hyundai is very lucky to have a quality employee like Chris.

I bought my first car from smart Hyundai and was assisted by Anthony. The response from him was always on point and with correct information for all my questions. Delivery and paperwork was smooth and he spent a lot of time in explaining all the vehicle features. It's been 2 weeks, so far so good. If anything changes, will update.

They sell your information after sale. Two months after purchase, I am receiving spam/scam mail trying to "sell me a longer warranty". Not only that, but having to wait roughly 40 days to receive my title, while only having a 30 day temp tag. One rep said "Well the cops around here don't care too much". That is not an excuse, and is extremely unprofessional. I flew out from Tennessee to get this vehicle. My online bank would only use a DFR, which required a form to be filled out by the dealership. After sending it to them, and them stating they filled it out and sent it, my bank said they hadn't received it. By the time i caught this, it was too late. I was flying out in two days. After talking with them, I was told the only way i could drive the car home was if I brought a check for the amount after down payment. Why would I finance a car if I could just pay for it outright? If you plan on paying on a card (like a mad man), the max they can run is $2000. While the salesman Gus was a great salesman, their sales managers are sub-par. They only answer with the bare minimum and are rather uninformative. I was told at one point that the title had been overnighted. After 5 days, nothing was received. While calling them to check the status of my title, I was trying to talk to the sales manager. I called three times (on three different days), all three stating the SM was busy. I am understanding of the SM not being readily available, and was told id get a call back. No such luck there either. After the third attempt, I received an email from the SM stating that there was a delay, and I received my title shortly after. This was my first car buying experience, and it was made even more difficult by all of the road blocks like this along the way.
