Wonderful experience! We had the pleasure of working with Brandon he was fantastic from start to finish. He went over the telluride with us and all the wonderful features they have to offer Wanted to make sure we got all the options we were wanting. Then we placed to order. Once the car arrived they waited patiently for us to get up there and get the paper work done. We had been looking at the Kia's for months and had been to several dealers so glad we decided to go with Smart kia of Davenport.. If your in the market stop by and ask for Brandon you wont be disappointed!

Smart Kia is a crooked as they come. Overcharged on a 69.95 oil change coupon. Argued to no avail. The real price was $5 more. They should have given a $12 discount instead of a $7 discount. Additionally they are tacking on $2.40 for using a credit card. This is similar to what some restaurants are doing. If they are going to charge for credit card use they need to tell me up front so I can bring cash. I don't use my debit cards for security reasons. They can be assured that I will look elsewhere first when I buy another KIA.

I took my 2016 kia soul with 322k miles into service. Josh Henry is a douche bag this is a simply a fact. (There's a stud that's next to him further down closer to the exit doors... he's the guy you want... I forget his name every time because he's such a MAN SUCH A HUNK!! Everything Josh isn't. He had the audacity to show a homeless person he eats Roman noodles while simultaneously charging over $2000 in unauthorized repairs and returning the vehicle, without a parking brake or a tire that would hold air longer than four hours and to top it off... my dad had an ulcer that caused him to loose 7 pints of blood . For those of you that don't know the human body holds 12. Thanks Josh, $2,100 and some change and I can't even drive 2.5 hours to see my Dad on a Saturday when I just put $2,100 on a credit card... at smart..? Kia? Well lucky for me I had already ordered new tires from Ingenious Walmart so they were in transit because Smart...? I didn't even need a tire folks. It was just the bead on the tire. They could have sealed it. It's an aluminum wheel with 322k miles. It's bound to break down the metal and seal especially with Midwest weather conditions... but my biggest issue with SMART is they're actually pretty stupid. They wanted me to the customer, the service advisor, customer service and the technician. oh... but I couldn't be pissed off when my car rolled away when I tried to use the emergency brake, or I couldn't be upset when I said hey Josh don't change the coolant I can do that myself, or hey Josh or align the car I haven't changed the front suspension only the rear or put the tires on yet. Or Josh WHY DOES THAT SEATBELT LIGHT TURNON not CHARGE ME $350 FOR A PASSENGER SEATBELT RECEIVER BECAUSE I'M RICH AND DRIVE A MERCEDES BENZ FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT JOSH!! See the thing is.... I wasn't necessarily the easiest person to work with during that time. Surely I won't sit here and act like my shit didn't stink during that time. HOWEVER I as a customer actually stop and try to think of the other person that's dealing with me... and Smart Kia can kiss my ass. I filed an official complaint with the BBB and I encourage everyone else as well. From the people I've spoken to this isn't the first they've done this shit but I'm apparently the few to speak up. Don't deal with this shit.

I highly recommend Smart Kia of Davenport if you are in the market for a Kia. Our salesperson, Michael Alatorre, was incredible. After a bad sales experience at our local Kia dealer, we began talking with him through Reddit and we was incredibly helpful in helping us through the process of buying the 2024 Kia Telluride we wanted. The best thing about him was he was a no-hassle salesperson, never pushy. We told him the trim level we were interested in, the down payment and loan term we were looking for and he gave us a ballpark monthly payment that was right around what we were looking for. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. He also thoroughly went through all the features of our vehicle explaining how everything worked. I also have to commend the finance person we worked with, Jason. The process of going through all the paperwork associated with buying a vehicle was smooth and seamless. He thoroughly explained every document we signed and provided copies of it electronically on a thumb drive. He also let us know we got 2 years of oil changes and tire rotations at their specific dealership as well as one dent repair. We were done with all the finance paperwork in less than an hour. I will recommend Smart Kia of Davenport to any person I know that is looking for a Kia. We will also be buying my next vehicle from them when the time comes. If you are interested a quick no-hassle car buying experience, Smart Kia of Davenport is the dealer you need to go to.

Our experience with SmartKia in Davenport was awesome! Austin was very helpful when it came to getting us the car we wanted, he wasn’t pushy or didn’t try to get us in anything else. Great customer service all around. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to buy a new car!

Been dealing with their incompetency for over 2 years. Purchased my car in September 2020 by one of their salesmen who failed to mention he was moving across country the next week. The issues I had with the car then couldn't be solves because it seemed like no one really cared after they already had your money. Car was given to me with worn out wiper blades and a 1/2 full tank of gas, I guess no one could be bothered to fill it up since it was close to closing time. The people in the shop are extremely condescending when they speak to you. Either comes off as robotic or that they just want you to shut up and go sit in the waiting room. Breaking point is calling to get the system update that the OFFICIAL KIA NOTICE claims only takes 1hr for download, but I'm told I have to drop my car off at 9am and stay till almost 6pm IF my car's ready by then. Stated it "takes that long". You're truly just doing the system updates whenever you feel like in-between other cars getting oil changes and wheel rotations. Told them I live 75miles away and was basically told I have to take the shuttle around town and sit for hours because that's the best they can do. "we don't have loaners" the car I purchased, WAS one of your loaners. I'm just absolutely sick of this dealership and would never recommend anyone going there and wasting their time and money. Even if I purchase another Kia, it will not be from smart Kia.

Great first car buying experience. My sales rep. was Austin Baker and he was great. No pressure, genuinely seemed to want to get me a good deal, and responded to text messages when I wasn't there in person. Great cars, I look forward to buying here in the future.

Austin Baker is a great sales person to work with. Gave honest, accurate information, allowed time and space to make decision. Mark Slagle was a great and informative finance manager, never felt like he was trying to push extra services but provided great information to help us make our own decisions.

Best customer service! The process was hassle-free, Rick helped us the entire way and I’m in love with my new car. I was hesitant because of poor experiences in the past from other places, but Smart is the best dealership in Davenport.

I won't buy another car from another dealship. Austin Baker was amazing! None of the sales people were pushy in any way. Austin took his time, let us decide, didn't try to oversell us, and was basically a gentleman when dealing with us. I would also like to give a HUGE thank you to Angela! My wife thought she left something personal and priceless to our family in the car that we traded. Angela stopped what she was doing and went to help my wife see if it was in the car. It wasn't in the car, but we did find it. Everyone we dealt with was nothing short of amazing. The Smart dealerships are where it's at. I won't use another dealership.

We purchased my dream SUV almost a month ago from here, and love it! Brandon was such a huge help and very patient, I was very specific in what I wanted and didn’t want to waiver from it.My only complaint is the detail department. I called the night before to come pick up my new vehicle and I figured I’d have to wait no more than an hour to get it. I ended up waiting over 3.5 hours and was late to a prior engagement.I would recommend Brandon and the sales manager to anyone though! They did a fantastic job!
