I am about to lose my job because of the unreliable Internet service provided by this company. Stay away from Mediacom (Xtream), I work from home and it's very frustrating no having the service that I signed and pay for.

These guys are awful. Non-responsive to inquiries and discussing service changes is impossible. Make sure you stop autopay if you change service because they charge your account ignoring the service modifications

If I could give a 0 I would! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Outages, Customer service, BUFFERING GOOD GOD THE BUFFERING. Having a tech hang up on you every time! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
