Menards is the only hardware and lumber store that I frequent, but this store was sold out of several items that I made a special trip for. I'll be glad to get back to my usual store.

I went here today with a friend needing an appliance. There was adequate staff and they seemed knowledgeable and efficient. The store layout was well organized. The facility was clean. The check-out staff was friendly.

100+ dollars for Grey floor epoxy. The hardener already set so it's worthless. Project needed to be complete by tonight to set a firebox before the weekend. Always problems at menards. Will drive the extra miles to HD from now on.

I like shopping at Menards , but as far as using the credit card for promotional payments, they screw you by not putting anything towards the promotional balance, except a very small payment, and then expect you to pay it off in the last two months before it expires. I will no longer do business with Menards. I will stick with Home Depot.

Easy to find the items we were looking for, but when we asked for help to load them into the car, the lady who was helping us stopped to talk to a customer about her new nails. It was clear that we were waiting for her and we were in a rush, so we had to ask for another employee to help us. Whoever that woman is, focus on your work and not your nails.

This rebate scheme is terrible. Return to specials. Corporate decision for constant rebates is a terrible idea.

The lady at the customer service/ returns had an attitude and was so mean.Took back a battery that i bought last november or december but i lost the receipt. They told me No. We can't help you without receipt. A friend of mine had the same situation before but they gave him a store credit so he did not have to pay full price for a new battery.Bad experience

Incredibly rude. Management (Kyle/Keith) do not care about your order. Bought a kitchen with them (16k purchase) and they can't even get the shipments right. It took multiple calls and I ended up canceling several items since they couldn't keep to their shipment times they quoted me.My wife went to get a refund yesterday and Kyle harrased her about it. Today my wife goes up to get some paint shaken we bought their and was falsely stopped by asset protection due to having merchandise we brought in the store.What is going on with this store lately?

Called to see if I could get some concrete loaded out with a forklift lady tells me no. I asked to speak to building supply when I was transferred I could not understand what the guy was saying as his accent was too strong so I asked if he could put someone else on the phone he says sure and I get transferred to a black hole where no one answers. I have made online orders that say the quantity of the item is over 30 and my order was 8 when I get there to grab my order that I have already paid for it isn't in stock because their inventory is all jacked up and its not the first time that it has happened. I will not be shopping at menards again after all of the problems I have had with them.

It's Menards. Their jingle is the Midwest Anthem, their rebates are like winning the lottery and its hard to walkout with a load and lumber and not snag a 4-pack of Sprechers for the ride home. I with they carried name brand power tools like Milwaukee/Dewalt, but atleast they have competitive pricing on their construction material!
