Went to find funeral attire & didn't see much when I usually go here for most of my clothes. This was by far the worst experience when I had to walk an entire store to find no employees on the floor except the one cashier they had who had a line of three people. There was no employees helping any customers. I ended up leaving empty handed and the men's selection for dress entire was half empty and big open gaps with no clothes.

Today I had the worst customer service experience ever. The lady who checked me out had an attitude when I was asking her about the price making sure I wasn’t mistaken for it being 50% off, she got loud and yelled “I don’t know I haven’t rang it up yet!” Me being me let it slide.. as she bagged up my things, she then shoved my bag toward me instead of handing it to me properly by the handles on the bag & proceeded to mimick me as I walked out. (I am African American and feel like this has a lot to do with it) I’ve never had a horrible experience at this location until today and I will be calling and making a complaint tomorrow.

Stopped in and was greeted, shown where to look and was back out in 10 minutes with what I needed.

Always a good sale and they seem to have smaller sizes in stock which is good for me. Most stores don't.
