If I could give 10 stars I would! The staff were so nice and accommodating and friendly through my return/exchange. They even pulled out some boxes in the back for me to look through from their winter collection they had recently put away. Super helpful and had some great laughs. Much appreciation for this staff.

Love this store! They have a great selection of clothes and shoes, and the staff was very kind and helpful! They greeted me as I walked in and asked me every so often if I was finding everything I was looking for, and, seeing as how a lot of places I shop at don't do me this kindness, it took me by surprise! Truly a 10/10 store; I'll definitely be coming back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized. Kids grow so fast so this is a great way to save money clothes and shoes. they have tons of toys with great prices. They also buy and sell books .50cents- $4.
If you haven’t been there you should!!

I brought over 40 newborn -0/3mos clothes name brand new and used .They told me it was a wait on the offer I called every 2days for an update they said wasn’t ready yet than called a week later they said my clothes are donated and I don’t get nothing in return because they put the wrong number no store credit which I didn’t care for excuse was I put the number in …number or email was nowhere like mine. Don’t recommend get over on good people

I have spent $100s of dollars at this store since becoming pregnant and having my daughter. I will not be returning. The customer service at this location is horrendous. A bunch of teenage girls making snarky comments about PAYING customers and the “manager” joining in. They offer you little to nothing for your items new with tags and return your items a scrambled mess. Ironic, they require you to bring them in nice and folded- they could return them nice. The owner needs to reevaluate who is running this store and take the reviews into consideration when doing so. I could get over the low buy back prices but I can’t get past the unwelcoming customer service, especially being a regular. I will take my business to stuff etc, or even target when they have sales because the prices are the same, but you get brand new items. Save your money and shop elsewhere… they clearly don’t want our business.

I dropped my clothes off and while they used to have the clothes ready for pick up same day, I was left with an estimated 72 hour wait duration. I work my shifts three 12s in a row so when my clothes were ready, I was working and didn’t see it. I go to school and I need to sleep. The took all of my clothes and only offered $1.80 for two pieces of clothing and donated the rest the day after they sent the text that I didn’t see after dropping my bag of items off days prior. Facebook market & goodwill are better options than this place if you need to get clothes off of your hands ⚠️

The store was well organized and had a great selection. Their buy-back policy seems quite reasonable and standard.
