“The two men were very friendly and helped me when in the store. Trying to get out with a Large dog cage I would have thought they would have helped me. I couldn’t get it through the door then turned it myself. The cage was so heavy to put in my car. The one man helped the person behind me. Then went on a smoke break. It was not right. They should be more accommodating when you see your customer has quite a few items to put in our vehicle by yourself. I’m not young either I’m in my 70s.”

We’ve always taken our Siberian Husky, Parker, to PetSmart for grooming because everyone there has always done a great job. But I have to give a special shoutout to Mel, who groomed Parker today. It was, without a doubt, the best grooming experience we’ve ever had!
Parker looks absolutely amazing, and you can tell Mel truly cares about what she does. She was so friendly, professional, and took the time to chat with me. I found out she’s had a Husky for 11 years, which gave me so much confidence leaving Parker with her this morning.
If you’re looking for someone to groom your dog—especially a Siberian Husky—I highly recommend Mel. She did an exceptional job, and Parker has never looked better! ❤🐺

“Lovely place. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. They showed me right where the items I needed would be and allowed me to search and browse from there. It was the perfect level of help without feeling forced. The items sold are much better quality than other big store brands and are better quality and safe! Price wise, the prices are about what youd expect for safe pet supplies. The checkout was fast and friendly. I was able to be in and out in a couple minutes without feeling rushed or lost in the store!”
