Please take better care of your fur babies. Having water in this condition, hardly any litter in their boxes was heartbreaking. Especially when you walk around a slow store with employees not busy.

Here is a secret- If you Google an item and it says it's discounted online and the item is in store....you can go to the store get the item take it to the register show them the price you found online and they will give you the discount. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. I just got flea drops for my 2 dogs 3 cats the total was $140--- got it dropped down to $80!

Jennifer was our groomer and she did amazing! First time getting our dog groomed and was so nervous but everything was smooth and she made him so comfortable!

Without exaggeration, I previously had absolutely horrible experiences with the PetSmart in West Seattle every single time that I had to go there. Since I moved to Davenport, I have found a completely new experience. My dog is always treated well by the staff, in particular by his regular groomer Christina K, who handles his nervousness like a true professional. Excellent place that did not pay me to say such.
