The staff is excellent! Joshua is an excellent manager. The facility is clean. There are many opportunities to work out to keep one healthy for a very reasonable price.

Always friendly, clean facilities, lots of machines. Parking is a but weird but it is free and available.

All staff is polite and kind. If you have anxiety about joining a gym this is a Great place to start. Everyone really does stick to themselves for the most part.

I think its an average Planet Fitness. They meet Franchise standards. But what I like is the guy at the counter with the braids and big smile. He was friendly, concerned, and encouraging. Many people don't do that today and many people don't even notice me. He made a point of talking until I met his eyes. Seems authentic. Kudos bruh. Keep it up!

Facilities are clean & well maintained, the staff is friendly & helpful & the hours of operation make it convenient to get in a workout on my schedule.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t listen to your issue before they start spewing out random excuses that don’t make sense and don’t add up with their actions. Even had a girl fight with me over a question about what time the gym closed at one point. I don’t recommend signing up for their scam of a membership.

Everything is nice and organized like every other planet fitness. Out of all the planet fitnesses I’ve been to, this one has the most diluted cleaners for equipment. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars.
