Facility is clean and nice. BUT, being out of town and having to pay online is a major pain. The last three months, every month, it takes me days to pay. The reason is the website says either page doesn't exist, won't load, won't accept password, on and on. Why is it so hard to give them money? Would not use them again.

When we stored our stuff there it was very good. However, there was a big fire in one of the units that contaminated manynof the units with smoke and sut. Not sure if the entire storage facility is open for business.

I was honestly stunned to see secure metal doors on all of the units. QC Storage also recently installed a chain link fence all the way around the perimeter to really beef up there security! The place looks brand now, but its bee here for year. The new owner has really changed the place. Good to see the much needed update.
