I never had any issues with blood exams. The nurse had to insert the needle 4 times to find a vein, she was very rude the entire time and did not have any patience to explain the process. It was a really bad experience and I will not be coming back.

The only lady working is rude and unprofessional. Had to sign in on a kiosk.. the info wasn't too be found... asked the lady if she could help.. she said she had people ahead of us. I stated it did not say we needed an apt. She said schedule it
Or don't and walked away. I expect professionalism and kindness. Do better Quest Diagnosis!

Phlebotomist had a poor attitude, barely spoke or looked at me and left a large bruise where she inserted the needle. I had a bruise larger than a quarter it was sore for several days because of her.

I have no words that can explain the lack of service I received at this lab. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, checked in and waited 40 minutes before I left without receiving service. There was never even acknowledgement that I was at the clinic. There was no one at the front desk, when they called patients in - no acknowledgement of the amount of time I had been waiting. They even called patients in that arrived after me. I utilized this lab because I had opted to try UltaLabs service. They offer lab draws at a more reasonable rate. This is clearly a "you get what you pay for" service.

Had an appointment today at 9 am. It’s been an hour and I am still here. The nurse is averaging minutes per blood draw.

I had no problems with this location. I scheduled my appointment for 11am. I went in and checked in at the front desk. Waited for a few mins and then was taken back to get my blood drawn. Was in and out in less than 15 mins. The lady who took my blood was very nice. I would come here again. I would never just walk in, since appointments are prioritized over walk ins. So if you just walk in and there’s numerous people ahead of you that have appointments you will have to wait. So just schedule your appointment. It’s not that hard.

Do not use this facility! I scheduled an appointment for 11:30. At 12:15 the lady informed us in the waiting room that she was going to take her lunch break. At 1:00pm I finally left with NO BLOODWORK done as she continued with her break. Let that sink in- she had customers sit in a waiting room for over 90 minutes with no service, while she took over a 1/2 hour break. (Could have continued linger after I left) I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with Quest customer service getting a refund processed.

Scheduled an appointment via phone for 11am today to do a drug screen. Was in and out in 7 minutes. Quick, seemed friendly (did not know names) and was back on my way. Good experience

I read reviews and they made me nervous for my appointment due to negativity. I had an exceptional experience today at Quest in Davenport, IA. Service was fast and friendly, staff was knowledgeable, and I was impressed how streamlined everything was. I hope this helps put someone else at ease for their appointment!
