I had a great experience. The employee Katelyn was fantastic at her job. She helped with the perfect pair of boots with insoles that definitely help with comfort. And she was very efficient at her job.

My experience at the Davenport Red Wing Boot store was fantastic. Kaitlyn (not sure of spelling) was great to work with and helped me choose the right boot. Much better service than I have had here in the past with the former manager.

Walked in wanting a good pair of work boots. The clerk was not helpful at all. The other clerk stayed on the computer completely ignoring me. Didn't try to help find something I could use. I used Red Wing boots in McDonough, GA. For many years. Always helpful. But the Davenport store clearly didn't want my business.

Katelyn (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was the best! I walked in with a poor photo of an old boot my husband had and was trying to get a new pair of, and she immediately knew which one it was and showed me two awesome options to pick from! She even made sure I got the right width too (thank goodness), because I had missed from the photo that he’s a wide. THANK YOU, Katelyn!! You made my Christmas shopping a success.
