Tom and Corey installed a new laser projector. They answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. It was rainy and messy outside, and they were both incredibly respectful of my wood floors and light carpeting. That matters to me. Everything went perfectly.

I worked with Marcus McQueen on replacing my receiver and he listened to me. He could see I had premium component but over the years the space it was in shrunk and my ears are less sensitive.. The components are still good grade but my party days are long gone and he understood this and did not try to up-sale me.

Fantastic experience! Design, product consultations, ordering and installation were of a white glove caliber. Couldn't have been better in any way. I highly recommend them for any higher level a/v projects!

Our experience with Landon was beyond expectations- he went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs, answer our questions and he said he would come back if needed to fix anything. That is why we have stayed with reference audio all these years. Would highly recommend Landon to anyone.

I had a great experience buying speakers from Reference. I bought large speakers, and the Reference team did a terrific job boxing up the speakers and shipping them to me.

We recently purchased a house with a reference security system. After numerous calls and messages promising to come explain the system to us, and see what needed to be upgraded, they never followed through. They did spam me with docusign to sign a 3 year contract with them. Sorry, If you can't come explain the system to me, I'm not signing anything. If you can't manage to follow through on a visit to show me this system, how can I trust that you will follow through on the security?

Our condo association has a building that has a door entry system that needs to be replaced. Reference was the only company that actually came out to investigate the issue. Since then they ... well Greg Hanger, has been avoiding our calls asking where his quote on the repair is.The service has been terrible and I will not use or recommend Reference to anyone. The HOA has no problem paying to get the system replaced, but apparently Greg Hanger and his team do not like money.
