Absolutely horrible credit union. They cant cancel a fraudulent charge lol. I have been fighting with them for 5 months on a charge I did not make. I have had my card canceled and new cards shipped out but yet that charge keeps coming out. The bank its self is not bad. Just does not hire competent employees. Switched to a different credit union and no issues at all.

Angie was very knowledgeable when helping to set up my new smart checking account. She was very thorough explaining everything as well. She also ordered my checks and debit card after hearing that my current credit union is closing.

Angie Solbrig Brown was so helpful in setting up my checking account and she even ordered checks for me. After learning my current back is closing its close locations I was really distressed and R.I.A. came to the rescue. I am hoping I will be able to get my home loan moved over to R.I.A. then I can close all accounts with the other bank.
