received little-to-no financial advice from Scott Rolin (literally told me to "get a job" as advice when asking how to approach the gig economy as a SAHD); when they filed my taxes for two states (one of which would have been completely free as that state will do them for you if you make less than 69k/yr) I was also not informed that I still needed to pay each state myself, leaving me to wonder just what I was paying an exorbitant amount for.I've been paying taxes for over two decades now, in (now) five different states; this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I've received better attention and service from H&R Block than I did this "company".When I reached out to them following up from my experience, they simply did not respond at all.If you do not have wealth up in NE Scott County, I would suggest you stay as far away from this business as you can.

Low balled us(my significant other, specifically) on a tax price quote and told us to "never come back" after being 20 short. We will make sure our family and friends never go there again.

Cynthia prepared my taxes today. I found her (as well as everyone else in the office) to be professional, warm, and welcoming. No ones loves tax time but I truly will look forward to seeing them again next year. I was extremely impressed. Well done!
