Be aware!! You need to ask questions on all fees associated with the trial. They only quoted us 1 delivery and return fee. However they charge multiple non refundable shipping and return fees that amount to $500. If you want to “try” these expensive beds, you will lose $500 if you choose to return the bed. These fees are not stated by amount in your contract so they may be even more for your location unfortunately. Pretty shady. Also, don’t let them convince you that if you try the app and do the quizzes, you can get up to a $200 discount. Another lie, it is impossible to earn that much unless you buy more products which they do not state.

This is the first time we have been at this location. We were so impressed. No high power sales pressure. They were super helpful. We purchased a couple of pillows and covers for our Sleep Number Bed we purchased a few years ago. I highly recommend this location.

Wife and I had an enjoyable experience here. The Sleep Number team answered all our questions and ran all the numbers that I asked them to in regards to making a decision to buy a bed. They were even very accommodating to our two little children and very patient and understanding as well.

My husband has Parkinson's and is weak and sometimes cannot talk. The staff was very courteous and respectful to our needs. We needed to update to a remote base and all our questions were answered without making me feel pressured. I'm grateful for the kindness shown to us. This bed will greatly help my husband as he is now becoming more bedridden and I can feel relief knowing he has the best comfort and care day and night.

Robert at this location made buying the right bed for me as hassle free as possible. I now live about 4 hrs from this location but still call this store and ask for Robert. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product I need while getting the best deal possible.

0 stars. Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Save yourself a few grand and get an air mattress from Walmart; it feels no different. They refuse to return the product, instead just swap parts. Had them out to my house 5 times over 14 months to get my bed right with no success
