This is my go to place for a good Slurpee every now and then.....USUALLY. When they got the Coke Zero Oreo I was so excited. I got it one time, delicious, I crave it. Until their machines broke mostly only on the Coke Zero Oreo flavor...of course. I have been back 3x a week for 2 months and the machine is always broken. All I want is a darn Slurpee in the Coke Zero Oreo. They tell me no one will come fix the machine. Come on people. PLEASE fix it.

First off I want to highlight two of your employees, Bobbi and Jeff. Every time I come into the store I always feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated by Bobbi and Jeff. The other employees I’ve encountered are great too but I haven’t caught their names yet.
This place is above and beyond my expectations for a gas station- the employees take pride in their work and make the customers feel welcome!
The hot food is always hot and fresh- my favorite is the pepperoni pizza YUM!!
I highly recommend this Speedway, as a local truck driver I frequent this place daily. Sign up for the Speedway rewards program there’s so many ways to save money there.

Absolutely horendous customer service. I stopped in there for a delivery order and the manager made my life a living hell. The order I picked up just so happened to be for her husband. She was mad her son used her husbands Uber Eats app to order junk food so she wrapped every single item up in a bunch of paper with tape to pull a prank on them. That's great and all, but do that on your own time, not at work. I waited there for 10+ minutes while she ignored another customer and continued to wrap up these items that under no other circumstance but pure pettiness needed to be wrapped.
After this had gone on for like 10 minutes, she calls her co-worker over to look at the note she wrote for her husband on the bag. At this time, I told her that she's screwing me over and that while I respect her desire to pull a prank on her husband, I've really got to go (Delivery drivers don't get paid to stand around looking dumb in convenience stores). Apparently that was such a rude and outlandish request, that this lady had the audacity to tell her husband to cancel my tip, and give me a negative review. As a freelance delivery driver, the tips and reviews are the bread and butter. She completely ruined my day because of a selfish desire to get back at her husband and son.

This speedway location is right off the exit of interstate 80 just on the outskirts of Davenport, the employees are very nice and laid back, they have a nice selection of snacks and beverages, gas prices at this shop is not bad either and you can use your rewards card for perks and points.

Illinois gets a bad rap due to the way their locations are maintained but holy God this is the worst I've come across. Never any appetizing food and the restrooms are constantly out of paper towels and soap. Do yourself a favor and go to the Loves or Flying J.
