I order for our office multiple times a month. When we order boxes of paper or other large, heavy items, our products are delivered by a secondary carrier (Not FEDEX, UPS or USPS). We have had our ordered delivered to the wrong address multiple times when the secondary carriers deliver our products.

I am deeply appreciative of the manager’s exceptional service. I had a $20 off coupon that I was unaware had expired. Despite this oversight, she honored the coupon and clarified that such coupons are not valid for gaming equipment. Her willingness to accommodate my request and provide the discount demonstrates her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service I received at this establishment.

I needed HP ink cartridge. Didn't have my glasses, couldn't remember printer number other than 6000 series. Employee looked up my account and found the double cartridge pkg I needed, then he walked to ink aisle and pulled it off for me.

The employees were AWESOME!! I don’t think I’ve ever had this good of an experience in a store like ever. The printing counter people walked us through the printing process when we said we had never printed at a staples before and stayed with us the entire time. They were all literally so nice and helpful
