No hot water, flippant attitude about the hot water issue from the front desk lady, cheap worn out beds and maybe 10 channels on the tv that were available

I spent one night here ..the room was fine in size, for the two of us. The bed was ok, there was a worn part of mattress in middle, where one would fall in. The twin sofabed was also passable in comfort, according to my son. The water pressure was horrible in the shower I tried three settings, and none were better. I also saw some mold on the shower curtain. There apparently was a party in the in the lobby area...so sitting down there was out. The party took up the whole lobby area.In the morning, the breakfast was average....eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc.Would I return...not certain.

Hotel was dirty. Staff not very helpful. Beds and bedding comfortable. Shower and bathing products nice. Love having a kitchen in room. Really would love to see a toaster oven. Breakfast ok, loved the yogurt berries and granola. Hotel seems outdated.

This is my first time staying here at this location. I love stay bridges though I’ve always thought they were the best work hotel spot I can get. Everyone was super friendly. I had to keep going to the front desk because my key kept deactivating so I really appreciate there help. And i want to give a special shoutout to Myrna. She is an angel. She was so sweet Everytime she made breakfast I know that it was made with love. She talked to everyone out there making them feel so welcomed taking the dishes they were done with. She’s truly amazing and I’m definitely going to have to make a trip back so I can come stay and see Myrna. ? Also, if you’re looking to stay here it’s right next to almost everything! Everywhere I drove was about a 5 min drive. Book your stay yall!

Absolute worst staybridge ever...staff is outstading except Soccar, the night mgr. Checked in on Monday, had bed bugs Thursday morning. He says we have a washer and dryer for public use..really what about everthing exposed to the larva? We have a washer and dryer for you to use. Bagged everything and left on the spot! Never ever go there! Room 416

To start, I really enjoy this hotel. This was our second stay here. Our first experience was great very much enjoyed it which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately this time was the complete opposite. It really did not have much with the hotel itself (it is a nice place to stay) but the people in the hotel. For one they had about 6 birthday parties going all at once so the hotel/pool was absolutely crazy, hot tub was full the entire time with kids mostly under the age of 6. No towels. No where to sit. Then we were woken up several time by kids knocking on our door and running away up till 12:30am when I called to the front desk. It was unfortunate as I was looking forward to a nice stay. They need protocols for those that are paying to stay there vs huge birthday parties which ruins the experience for others. I will say that the one lady was very apologetic and she was working overtime due to the amount of people that were there. Again I do like this hotel but apparently you have to ask if they are going to have a crazy amount of parties going on before staying.

The hotel overbooked the 1 bedroom suite I had purchased, and downgraded me without compensation. They also allowed a guest a late checkout for my room so it was not available at 3 pm check-in. The manager was unavailable during my stay so I was not able to get it fixed. Their elevator was also broke during the stay. The pool which was closed at check-in at 3 pm, did not have towels available, so they told us to use our bath towels. We were staying with our team for a travel tournament, and one of the other parents was told they would not give extra towels and that they would have to call for more towels later. If you are going to TBK for tournaments, I would look at other options.

Nice hotel, great staff. Slightly older, some small updates needed, but nice overall.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place to pick, I’d sleep in my car.Okayish service, with lots of attitude. They don’t plow their sidewalks or parking lot when it blizzards, you’ll fill your shoes up with snow trying to get inside after not being able to park your car because there’s no “spots” with all the drifts of snow.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast stay very helpful and friendly. Beds very comfy, double room a little crowded, needed to move bed to walk by to get to bathroom. Only 4 stars for to cleanliness. Carpets not vacuumed and dust on items on room. Looks like some remodeling occurred but not thoroughly cleaned. I would stay here again.Food & drinks: Great breakfast

The hotel is starting to show its age, but has a lot of good things going for it. The staff was very nice and helpful. My family loved the hot breakfast that changed each morning, and the pool/hot tub area was fun. The room easily accommodated our 5 person family and the water pressure in the shower was one of the best we've had at a hotel.

Staybridge has been our go-to place when visiting family in Davenport. Nice place, decent breakfast, reasonably priced, and good location. Our most recent trip, however, had a few concerns. Our room had an incredibly strong smell of ozone. When we arrived, there was an actual ozone machine sitting in our room. We unplugged it and opened windows to try and air it out until we had to leave for the evening. When we came back later that night, the machine was gone, but the odor was still pretty strong. Opened both windows (30 degrees outside, so it wasn't something we could do for long), and called the front desk .. mainly to inquire about it and whether we should be concerned about it. They offered to switch rooms for us, but it was pretty late, and we had already unpacked. Day 2 and the odor remains. I don't understand the reasoning behind this "treatment". Why? I can't believe the room required this treatment unless there was some kind of pet or smoking incident? The other concern this time was the breakfast. It would seem that they were not prepared for the number of guests partaking in the breakfast. We arrived around 8:30 am and they were pretty much wiped out of eggs, coffee, milk, and other items. No worker in sight for a good 30 minutes. Things did seem to get refreshed, but there were a fair number of people waiting. We'll probably give them another shot next time we're up this way, but hoping they can address some of these things in the future.

Location was good. Most staff were nice and friendly. As for the room, it seemed outdated. Was in one room (queen bed with kitchen). There was black spots in the caulk of the bathroom, the leather chair was tearing apart where you would pull the chair out to sit, the toilet flush handle would stick so the water would constantly run, and there was toothpaste on the walls. I mentioned this to the front desk and they took care of the problems right away. However, the room that I got moved to had a toilet seat that was stained on the underneath, and the drain in the tub drained slowly so I was standing in water when showering. They came and replaced the toilet seat right away, and I mentioned the tub as I checked out. As nice as the people are, I would not stay here again as there are several other hotels in this area.Walkability: It was in a great location to walk to close restaurants.Food & drinks: The food was really good and was a great start to the day!

Had a nice stay at the Staybridge. It was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep.
