Can all family credit unions please please please stop using the phone/ai representative rather than a real person. Even though I am putting in all the correct information I always have a problem with it over the phone. Please have real people answer the phones!

I only have a problem with one of the tellers n i wish i didnt have to deal with her since she thinks she can do what she wants to anyone that comes in there but the rest of the staff is friendly n always helpful
