“I feel like I was very overpriced. Only the reason why I let you stay there is because I’ve already had it there. I had a quote for 623. I had a code for 618. I had a code for 589 and you guys charged me you guys were trying to charge me $807 minus diagnosis and took it down to 727. I don’t think I’ll ever bring another car there.”

“Matthew and Edward are extremely helpful and do what they can to help customers. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I did have an issue with a tire that the crew installed the night before. Mistakes happen and what you do with mistakes shows who you really are. Edward and Matthew immediately owned up to the issue for their crew. They prioritized correcting the issue and getting back on the road again. My inconvenienced loss of time was minimal, thanks to their help. Even with the mistake I would and will shop there again.”

Stopped and pulled over and helped fix my belt that snapped on the side of the road with my 2 kids in the back in heat , he said he just got off of work and was down to help , he left got the part and got me and my 2 boys water and didn’t charge me for the part or the labor , he’s a great guy and a worker and need to be kept at your shop”

“Gentlemen was working by himself, quite a lot of work, and still was able to get me in, and my tires mounted before my drive back to Chicago. Quick, efficient service, extremely affordable (anyone that complains come to Chicago, I'll show you pricey), and quality work.I didn't catch the guys name unfortunately but he's an asset to the business, and if all who work here are like him, you've got a fantastic group of people.
