Terrible customer service. Could not find any one to help for 20 minutes. Now that I saw your new ad campaign I definitely will not come back. I can find my products I use online or go to Sephora.

Everytime i come in i always feel welcomed! My last visit i was helped by Gianella who was so wonderful and helpful! This isn’t my first time being helped by Gianella but everytime she makes sure i’m happy with my experience.

Several people standing around talking in small groups, very unapproachable. A male employee who just kept passing us and staring. When we finally stepped up to ask for help the ladies (I believe manager(s)) acted very put off by us and were rude when my daughter asked a question that they clearly considered to be “dumb”. However, the young lady they directed us to was very kind and helpful.

I will ask for help when I need it. I don’t need the same lady to try to pick out my skincare for me multiple times. I am introverted and also aware of what I am looking for. So if I am looking at something and don’t ask for help when you offer, leave me alone. I am on my way to Sephora to spend money now.

Went in today for a whole new makeup routine. Kennedy greeted me at the door, listened to my concerns and showed me products that specifically targeted my needs. She then grabbed Hannah in the MAC dept, told her what I was looking for and concerns I had. She was fabulous. She listened and immediately had reccomendations. Can't wait to start using all my products! Those gals are fabulous and so knowledgeable. Great service and product selections!

I’ve been having a lot of issues with Ulta lately. Last time my daughter and I went in, one of the older ladies kept following us like we were going to steal something when we were smelling the perfumes. Today when I went in, the gentleman with the short hair and mustache was insanely rude to me when I asked about hair treatment. I think you all should do an evaluation of your staff because some of them are really nice but there’s a few that you could definitely afford to get rid of. It might help your sales. I left without buying anything because of how rude that gentleman was to me.

I was there at about 12:45 today and while the woman I encountered in the aisle with clearance items was very nice to me, I was very put off by the cashier. Her tone when I asked for a price check and the way she sort of flicked the product I did buy towards me felt very stand offish and rude. I provided the time of day so that the manager might consider re-training that employee on proper cash rap protocol because, I'm certain, being rude and offhanded is not part of Ulta's handbook.

Last week me and my friend (who also reviewed to my knowledge) went about an hour before close when they were putting the truck away and one of their workers Tammy (or maybe Tami?) was SO helpful she was digging around in the back for stuff and we love her for that. Aside, great selection and great staff and I visit this location routinely!!

Terrible customer service, the cashiers act like they’re doing you a favor by checking you out. In addition the shelves are always a mess and they are always suspiciously out of the “gift with purchase.” I like all the other Ultas I’ve been to (Iowa City, Chicago, etc.), but I avoid this store in Davenport. Very poorly managed.

I’ve been going to Reese for the last 6 months for highlights. She does an amazing job! She listens and gives great hair advice. I had another appointment today, and as always, my hair turned out amazing. Thank you, Reese! Highly recommend visiting her!

Customer service at this location is terrible. Staff are unwelcoming and only acknowledge you when you’re shopping in prestige beauty. My sister asked one of the BAs to shade match her and they kept swatching shades that were far too light for her complexion. You all need to train your staff on how to match people of ALL races and backgrounds w/o any attached biases.
