My low rating pertains to mainly the doctorate of physical therapy program. I felt as an undergrad that I was groomed for acceptance to the DPT program but was denied every time I applied, even though I followed all of their instructions. I majored in exercise science and had no other options for a career once I graduated with my undergrad. They did not look out for me or care what happened to me once I graduated. This is not a one time occurrence. Someone close to me was also completely screwed over by Ambrose's DPT program. He had to transfer schools mid-program due to Ambrose's misguided and unfair program. They told him false-promises that resulted in a worse situation for him. He followed all instructions from director, Mike Puthoff, to be able to stay but was thrown out and abandoned without remorse. Overall, Mike Puthoff is a two-faced, unfair, and mediocre program director with DPT passing rates plummeting ever since he took over. He has poor management over instructors in his program and has yet to prove any care towards the students he teaches. The material taught at Ambrose is mediocre at best and needs to be re-evaluated along with their director.

Always good quality and alot of nice SAU clothing options and much more. Always clean and neat.. Prices can be a little high though but expected for the good quality items.

I was looking for their atm location from Google maps and it was way off then I found it it was out of order people there seemed a little mad that I was even asking for their help to locate it in their business.

I was just calling in to check and see if a certain book was in stock and how much it would cost to rent it. Apparently I rang into the downstairs, which seemed to annoy the guy. I asked if the book was in stock and without checking he snapped back at me with yes. When I asked how much it was to rent he said he would have to call the upstairs and check. 23 minutes on hold and I haven't heard another word from him. Great customer service.
