The amount of bad reviews you have should say something, but clearly nothing is being done to ensure customers aren’t treated like trash.
Incredibly rude staff. I felt so disrespected and on top of that, every time I have been here the service is unbearably slow. I will not return to this place.

I can’t believe how overwhelmed the staff is. I showed up 15 til close. As I’m walking I’ll be shuts the door because they said they are busy and have alot of work todo. I just flew over here from the Bettendorf location because evidently that one closed down.
We do an insane amount of shipping for our small business but I’m thinking it’s time we just pivot to fedex. What kind of customer service is this?

Unable to print shipping labels, except from QR codes, as their printer has been out of service for months, per the workers at this location.

A little kindness goes a long way. These ladies endure multiple requests all day long but yet still maintain a positive attitude. I had 4 packages that required extra special handling and Rhonda was very patient to meet my shipping needs (even with a long line behind me). I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my packages would arrive safely. I went back the next day for my peace of mind (NOT because I felt they were incompetent), and asked more questions. I explained why I was there and Rhonda showed me my packages and was empathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to mail anything from here again.

This was the third and last time I will visit this store for service for shredding. Rude doesn't begin to describe the service at this place. It wasnt just me they were busting everyone's chops. Relax people, you're running a small business you should have some people skills. Won't be stepping foot back in this place and I will tell my friends.

Please work on staffing people who are kind, respectful and competent to work with technology. Our time there felt like a confrontation rather than a simple Amazon return. I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here. Everyone deserves basic kindness and professionalism—especially in a service-based business.

The 2 Haggardly Old Women were very rude! The refused to print my UPS label or tape boxes without extra charges. I had 1 item ready to return and one old lady ripped the label off the box when I said I was going to an other location. Since the old buzzard already printed the label the item was already refunded so it is their problem now according to Amazon. Item shows returned, no idea where it is. They told me don't bother going to other store in area, they own that one too. Luckily I live 80 miles away and have other options, just happened to be in area shopping with wife. I guess when you are the only show in town you can treat people how ever you want......

Terrible customer service. Always claim that their printer is broken. The staff seem to HATE that they accept Amazon returns.
