Trying to say i owe a bill from july-aug 2022 when i switched in april of 2022 verizonThen having a collection agency trying to collect on it when i caught the us cell associate over the phone up in their own lie they said for me to callThe collection agency they couldnt talk to me anymore,Time for a 6 figure settlement payday! Do not get us cellular u will end up oweing a bill that u dontThey use receivable performance for their collection agency who does illegal credit bureau reporting when they dont even send u a letter

LUKE BURGERT: Great customer service experience (everyone else was pleasant, as well at this store on this particular shift)!I came into store 5049 (I could be wrong about the store number location?) after having gotten the run around pretty much ALL day long, with both dealing with walmart, us cellular customer service on the phone (just being honest), and boost mobile (obviously separate company) and at that point I felt defeated. Heading into this store was a last resort to resolve my issue. Luke said he was 'new' and asked me politely to 'bear with him'. No such thing was necessary as he was a very welcome breath of fresh air. He took my issue in hand and went above and beyond (to the tune of many phone calls to supervisors, technical support, etc) in order to eventually arrive at a solution for my issue. He was calm, kind and collected, dedicated and thorough. I'd come back into this store to work with him again, very willingly. Thank you Luke, for knowing what great customer service is.

Overall horrible service. Lindsay was probably the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have done business with. We had an account with multiple people and she talked about one of the family members with another and made sparky comments. They even tried to switch the account to be under my dad's name without contacting him. They said certain details couldn't be known about the account unless they were talking to the account holder, but the attempted switch was done with people who weren't even on the account nor family. Overall it was a very stressful situation and I have found another provider.

Have had to come here more often than I should at this point. I have had nothing but issues, after issues with the phone, bill, customer service etc. Just one problem after the next. We've been told several different things by several different people and nobody can seem to give us a clear answer. At this point I feel like I've seen the employees at the store more than I've seen my own family in the past 3 months. It seems like we just can't get any straight answers from anybody. As the employee told us today he saw how many people we've had to speak to and our issues are still not resolved. I don't understand the point of paying over $3,000 worth of electronics, if none of them work and they refuse to actually look into the main issue on what's causing it.
