Bad delivery in my area, different mail person almost every week. Never know when your mail will arrive. Could be anytime between noon and 7 at night. Not sure I'm even getting all our mail. Service sucks.

You can’t get a hold of them on the phones they missed delivered my package today from Pitney Bowes so I’m very upset with them. Said it was delivered. It was not delivered here and I can’t get a hold of anybody to report it or find out what the happened thanks not the first time

Was having issues getting my mail due to my landlord blocking the entrance. Our mail carrier, Jacob, helped solve the problem and made sure I got the right mail and on time! So thankful!!
