Sales person was misleading about how promotion worked and now I’m stuck in a 36
month contract. Verizon is now raising their prices. Tried getting out of contract before 30 days but was told I couldn’t because I already gave them my trade in. Have spent hours on the phone trying to get better service at my house and to express frustration of deceitful sales person without any resolution. Switching to new service provider asap!

Pros at handing you a post it note and saying just call that number and theyll handle it. Save your time do it yourself online.

Got to the store about 5 minutes before closing on Saturday night and the 5 employees watched me walking toward the door and locked it and walked away. Never coming back to the Davenport Store again.

Still waiting 40+ days for them to refund my money on an item I paid for in CASH. Completely unprofessional. The staff all stand around just staring not able to solve any problems they don’t have anyone above them so they just run the store blind and clueless and I mean literally the “manager” shrugged his shoulders when he was asked “can you get on the phone with someone who can help me if you can’t” as they have been holding my 2,000$ for over a month. Something needs done with this store. Shut it down fire those incompetent employees that’s for sure !!!!! ZERO STARS

Went in for help on transferring a line. Was told that they would have to call it in and that department was closed. I insisted to still have them call since Verizon had already said it can be done anytime. Dude than calls it's on speaker and I clearly heard then ask for my email to confirm transfer and dude looks me dead in the eye and tells me they're closed. I'm like wth. You just went through all the steps and then hangs up. Oh so I make the same call in the parking lot not even 5 minutes later sat on hold for 20 minutes but magically the same department was open. It's a freaking miracle I guess. Out of the last 7 times I've come to this store only once have I had someone who was helpful and knew what they were talking about.

my mom got her phone knocked out of her hand by our lovely golden doodle and it knocked her SIM card lose in her phone. Not going to lie we were hesitant about coming to the store because a lot of the times it takes forever to be seen but we were instantly greeted with a warm smile by latesha. she was such a warm person, and was so very friendly. she explained everything perfectly and was very patient with us. she is very personable and someone who is going to make your customers keep coming back.

LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I did a trade in for a new phone and (was supposed to get) $1000 off. I tried to trade the phone in and was told they couldn’t take it because find my was still on for some reason and I had to call Apple. Apple had my iCloud locked on the old phone so I had to wait for them to take the hold off my phone in order to trade it in. I went to Verizon TWICE to confirm that everything would be okay since it was approaching the 30 day mark, and was TOLD IT WOULD BE FINE AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT GO OVER 60 DAYS, AND THE PROMOTIONAL CREDIT WOULD STILL BE APPLIED. I check my Verizon account only to be prompt by a past due balance of $900!!!! Because they didn’t give me the promotional credit for something that assured me would be FINE!! I been a customer almost 6 years and they SCREW THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OVER!!! WILL BE ESCALATING THIS SITUATION!!!

Jaden made my experience absolutely perfect. I walked in needing to add two lines to my account that were from a separate account. He facilitated the transfer for me within a hour as well as got me the new iPhone 16 ordered. I must say Jaden is very gifted with his work and he made my entire experience so good that I’m here giving him and this Verizon store a 5 star review!
I highly recommend you give this location a try.

Went at a non peak time, waited about a minute and had a great staff experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and I left with exactly what I wanted!!!go Verizon!

Customer service at this place is impossible to get. Verizon customer service in general is garbage. I get put into a queue for 10 minutes and tells me to be ready via text. I wait over 20 minutes screwing around with the display phones. 3 employees helping someone out and the others are in the back doing who knows what. All I wanted to do was upgrade my line. Forget it. I'll just switch at this point.

Unbelievably long wait. Well over an hour now and still waiting. I'm here just to get a new Sim card. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, but somehow, they don't have enough staff to accommodate customers. Yet I see employees in and out of backroom. They could use an employee for things that will not take more than 10 minutes so people with quick items aren't waiting for hours. This long a wait for a Sim card is unnecessary and ridiculous. They obviously don't care about people's time.

I will never go into the store again. High pressure sales. I will get my phones at Best Buy and mail in my trade in next time. Had I know it would be that difficult to drop off a phone, I would have mailed it this time.
