Get a free iPhone 15 the ad said. My daughter warned me it was a scam, but we went in person to sign up. There was no mention of a contract, but I found out there was one later. We were quoted a price for two lines which was the same we had been paying. When we got the billing information we were signed up to pay $35 more per month than we were told. One loyalty discount promised was taken away for no reason. I chatted online to no avail, so my husband went in person to see why we were lied to. He was told that the clerk made a mistake?? Did some research and many customers had also fallen victim to this "bait and switch" deal, as it is now termed. So beware, get things in writing, and remember there is no such thing as a Verizon free phone.

Normally pretty good service but, we traded in two phones from another provider and this store was promoting $200 rebate for each phone. I received an email saying the rebates were not valid. Upon research and talking to customer service this store wasn't an approved store to offer those rebates. This was pretty frustrating to find out and to have the sales associate promote this offer without it being correct

My husband and I visited the Verizon store on Elmore Ave. in Davenport, IA this afternoon for the second time in a month and were happy to be assisted again by a very professional, Customer Service Representative named Lucas Buczynski. Lucas greeted us when we walked in, and as busy as the store was, he was completely focused on OUR concerns and questions. Throughout the entire visit, Lucas listened to us attentively, answered our questions with ease and in a way that was easily understood by us. Lucas was genuinely interested in teaching us what we needed to know about our devices and plans, and we left the Verizon store reflecting on the positive experience we had there. Lucas Buczynski represents Verizon well!

Horrible customer service! Not sure if it's pure laziness or just they hate their customers, hate their job... can't quite put my finger on it! I continue to come to this location and continue to have absolute dog shit customer service. I think they receive a Christmas bonus for NOT helping you because that's the only thing that makes sense. Literally go to any other Verizon or better yet just switch to Straight Talk. Probably better!

The sales people are friendly. But they are just that, SALES PEOPLE. They are not knowledgeable about operations on all the different models of phones. So don't count on them to help with the actual operation of a phone. You will be better off purchasing online where the prices are lower, and get information on how to use the phone on Google or a book. My sales person was demonstrating the features of the "android" phone I was interested in on his personal "iPhone."

We wanted to purchase a new phone. Sadly, their network was down and they couldn't make any transactions. We live 45 minutes away and left with no phone. Seems like they should have some downtime procedures.

The short man standing at the front of the store on Saturday, September 23, at 2:00 PM was not only rude but outright disrespectful to me during my limited time in the Davenport store. He acted as if I was incapable of answering his questions, going so far as to laugh at me, and only repeated himself in the same condescending tone when asked follow-up questions on offers available for existing customers, rather than change his language to help me make any sort of purchase in-store. He has left an impression on the brand as a whole and my choice to continue with Verizon. Very unfortunate.

The gentleman who helped us this afternoon was very thorough, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, Verizon's trade in plan, promised us just the day before, was no longer available.

This is the Verizon store I've gotten most of my mobile phones from over the last few decades. Today I had a more unique visit to the store - I needed a new phone case. I had a night off work, so I came to figure out a new case to purchase.The interior is much as I remember it from past visits. There's some light gray carpet over the entire floor. The overhead has a clean looking drop ceiling. Florescent lights fill the middle of the space, while accent strips line the periphery, providing additional light to displays along the walls. Wooden or fake-wooden displays line these exterior displays and islands throughout the middle of the store. You've likely been to a phone store before - I'll say no more.I was approached by a representative soon after entering and I explained what I was looking for. He quickly located multiple phone covers that would fit my Motorola phone and I selected one quickly. After a short delay associated with getting the phone case to scan in their point of sale system, I was able to pay and be on my way.All in all, this visit was about as satisfying as past trips to get a new phone or find support. I look forward to future visits when the time comes. Thanks, Verizon!
